Hey jammers! I'll try to do a video about this giveaway's results and next giveaway's items later today, I've been pretty crunched for time. Anywho, today's rare colored item is the Rare Baret!
It shows some pretty neat gameplay, don't you think? Tunnel Town still remains in Canada stores only, but I'm sure it will be released worldwide soon. Now, for our Monday Mystery...

DeleteThe Story of light
DeleteLong long ago, when the land of Jamaa was new, when the Zios and Mira first created the valleys and canyons of Jamaa, the animals were happy.
They lived a simple and content life, everyone was without greed.
Then one day came the invention of "rares" and "gems" and other things that made jamaa human.
A evil group of jammers created "scamming", taking other jammer's "rares." Jamaa was not a world of kindness and
happiness anymore. You couldnt turn a corner without hearing an heated argument. "Give my rares back!"
"I'm going to report you!" The land was covered with dark clouds and gloom, mixed with angry feelings. The lives of
the jammers were no longer cheerfuland care free.
"There must be a way to save Jamaa!" said Cosmos. He was worried, not like his usual cherfullness. "I will search
for something." said Liza. "I found the spirit stones to let the animals live. Surely I can find a source of light!" After
hard fruitless hours of searching, she found a cave of a strange light. It was shaped like a glowing orb.
She took it back to Jamaa, where Graham constructed a device to light Jamaa.
Today, these orbs are sold as "Epic Wonders Orbs". Jamaa no longer needs full time light,
but out there there are still mean Jammers. You can see this mysterious lighting around Jamaa.

Your walking along Jamaa Township, near Lisa's hut when she comes outside. "Hello there. Would you like to hear a story about Jamaa?" she asks cheerfully and you say that you do. " Come in then!" she smiles, indicating her hut. You follow her inside where she begins....
ReplyDelete"As long as we Alphas can remember, Jammers have always wondered where the mysterious lights around Jamaa have came from. 'Is it magic?" they say. All we say is maybe... Many Jammers think of Greely as evil and mysterious but is he really? The truth is, he created those lights....
Long ago, when the phantoms had been newly created, there were no lights at all
in Jamaa at night! The phantoms loved this ( And mind you, so did Greely.) and so used it to their adventage! In the day, they would hide away. But come night, they would attack!!!!" She paused for a minute.

"Peck may seem like she knows magic, but she doesn't really. Well, not enough... Greely is the only alpha skilled enough in magic to really defeat the phantoms. In the Lost Temple of Zios, there is a place called 'The Chamber of Knowledge.' In the first room, near a ladder there is a circle. The circle of Jamaa! Was in the middle of that circle Greely stood... Then with the brightest flash, He disappeared! All us alphas searched the places of Jamaa to find him, Me- Jamaa Township and Mt shiver, Cosmo- Lost temple of Zios and Sarepia forest , Peck- Coral Cannons and Crystal Sands, Sir Gilbert- Appendale. We all had contact with each other. It was Cosmo who found Greely, staring at some weird things.Naming them lights, he declared : ' Never again will Jamaa fear The Night Attack!'

Delete'Jammers gathered from all around Jamaa, to look in wonder at these lights. They all wondered if they'd work, so to prove it Greely switched them off and the phantoms came soon after that, not knowing about the lights. When Greely switched them back, the phantoms were forced back and all Jammers cheered! But years have passed and Greely is searching with the others and the lights do not shine as they used. It is said the phantoms will break through and chaos will take over once more.
Some may have broke though already! And with the Wolf Alpha gone and unable to power them, the lights are said to give a final flicker and go out completely.Peck may know little magic but Greely controls the lights.We Alphas spread hope and courage so that one they break though, we will be ready!" The Panda Alpha finishes her story and you leave her den, to help the alphas prepare Jamaa for the great battle.

DeleteA very long time ago, before the Alphas came to Jamaa, phantoms were everywhere. No one could be trusted. As a small bunny, named Lewen, was quietly awake at the middle of the night, heard someone call him, "Lewen, come to the light, to the light..." it was saying, he had no idea who was this, but, as you know, most little Jammers have a big sense of curiosity, but since curiosity kills the cat, little Jammers like Lewen never pay attention. As you know, in Lewen's time, it was blackness. Phantoms can see what Jammers are doing, they could spy on anyone without notice, they filled the land with evil and torture. Light was banished, and light was rarely seen again. But this, this was so tempting, it felt, felt so... Desirable... Lewen just had to go there and follow. He had no other choice. Luckily, as quick as a shadow, as quiet as, well, something quiet, he slowly peaked to Sarepia Forest, home to many. He found unlit strings, with lights on them. He followed the lines, he followed for a long, long time. He kept on following it, into the deep dark forest where no one has ever dared to take a peek. His parents died and many have been lost. Then suddenly, just suddenly, light appeared, the phantoms rushed out of the light, preventing them from being killed. The phantoms go back to where they used to hide, and Lewen finally went back. Every year on the day he went back, which is the exact day he died, Jammers celebrate the 'Light Day' to thank one little boy who sacrificed most of his life, to once again, restore the light.

For the Mystery Monday: As night fell in the first day of Jamaa, the animals complained for they could not see. Zeus and Mira didn't know what to do. But one night, Zeus was sleeping, and a small Fire Fly annoyed him with his light. Zeus complained, but Mira collected the Fire flies and gave them infinite food when they glowed. Zeus collected their ability to glow, and put them into veins. And most of the lights are placed in the Saphira Forest because it was the darkest. And that was the birth of the Light In Jamaa.

Said the monkey. The monkey grabbed a large gun-like object. "... It just needs some sort of power..." Suddenly a phantom dived down on the gun and shocked it. "Oh no..." But then, to the gangs amazement, the gun flowed yellow and began to work! "It's as if... If someway we could 'harness' the phantoms power..." Said Greely. However while all of this was happening Peck had already got a cage and trapped all the phantoms! "I have an idea..." She said. THE END!

ReplyDelete"hmmm", said Graham. Graham had been trying to figure out all afternoon how Jamaa could have electricity. He had been thinking for a while and trying stuff. It was now dark. A few lightning bugs fluttered in. That gave Graham an idea.
Graham harmlessly captured a few and put them in light balls. Now they had light at night. But that didn't solve the electricity problem. Jamaa needed more than lights. In Mount Shiveer, Graham secretly got to work on a secret project there. He found a cave and put the electricity sources in there. Jamaa was now powered on water. In the cave water would drip in the machine. Underground tunnels powered Jamaa. All the tunnels led to the cave. A few days later an avalanche from the the mountain the cave was in closed up the cave. It still powered Jamaa because melted ice would still drip in. A way in would be almost impossible now........

The light in Jamaa is created by the phantoms and that is why some might still be around; like in the zios pit. Every time AJ is offline, the phantoms are zapping the lights. They're supposed to stay in the pit, which is their home, but they don't always. Some phantoms have been caught by the alphas, and they are put in cages that jammers can put in their den, games, or into merchandise. If all the phantoms die out, the power in jamaa will go out. Forever.....

DeleteLong, long ago, Jamaa was held under an evil curse cast by the Phantoms that shrouded eternal night across the land. Every passing hour, the Phantoms' dark power grew in strength. Mira delicately created tiny flashing fireflies that glowed like little stars to light up the night. When she released them into the darkness, the shadows lessened and the Phantoms were startled. They fled and hid in the darkest shadows of the majestic forest called Sarepia. Soon, though, they grew very angry and returned, darkening the night like never before. Mira watched from the sky where she floated in the form of a sparkling mist. She swept up all the fireflies in a flick of a talon, and concealed them in small glass orbs. She took strong twine and threaded the glowing glass among the trees of Sarepia and throughout Jamaa. She then summoned her powers and blessed it with everlasting light. The Phantoms' evil was immediately paralyzed by the magical light of the fireflies in the glass, and the darkness finally released its hold on Jamaa. The sun rose once again, flooding the lands with glorious golden rays. Shadows still flitted in the night, but Mira's magic kept the day and the warmth of the sun safe and protected for always after.

Hey it's Infinite and Reaper here with a collab story! We decided to jump into these- together as usual!~
ReplyDeleteIt's a little somewhat of a poem, Infinite loves writing poetry.
This is the tale of the shadows, the little phantoms with no spark and no evil, who were cast away in the woods to die, but lived.
As the Jamaasians fled from the phantom's path, into the unfriendly forest, the little shadows, curious, drew close to them and observed them. As they cried and shivered along a small campfire, with dim lanterns, he spoke, with a curious and gentle voice.
A cold a dreary night?
Must you fear, when we are here?
When truth is not what it seems?
The Jamaasian answered, with trembling voice. "It is not I who has made everyone fear thee."
Then come and see, who we are truly.
We are not wild and vicious.
We do not kill thee and consume thee.
The Jamaasian answered, in cold hard tone. " It is merely a trickery."
Why fear me? Why fear us?
You must learn to trust.
How may we ever gain thy judgement?
The answer blank and monotonous, little Jammaasian rabbit lifts his head. "You will not gain our trust by lying in the dark and mocking, tricking us."
Then how must it be?
Come, my brethren. We will light the path.
Tonight is cold and harsh.
We will let these weary ones pass with ease.
And thus, the little shadows drew close to the travelers, and each little shadow picked up with their front legs a small spark from each lantern the travelers held. They flew, and as they flew, they were shrouded in the light they picked up, like small balls of flame, tiny suns.
"Oh I see thee for what you are now! Great friends, you have sacrificed much to let us pass and live! If Mira is watching from above, surely, she will herself shed a silver tear!"
The little shadows turned, still flickering gently, and smiled, and waved, and after the travelers had passed, they disappeared.
Some say, that this was the beginning of what we call fireflies. For you see, fireflies come out on quiet nights, hoping to find someone lost to guide again, someone to talk to once more. Their bodies flicker and glow just as the little shadows did as they flew, holding individual flames.
Thus ends the tale of the shadows.

If it's a video from YouTube, is ought to show up. If it's just a video from your computer, you have to wait for it to load, rather then adding it to the post and posting it to your blog right away, you have to wait for it to load (you'll see the thumbnail).

DeleteOnce upon a time , Jamaa was a very different land. Animals were divided into tribes, and each tribe got it's on plot of land. Lions, snow leopards and artic wolves lived in the township, for they were thought to be noble and kind. Mira showered them with riches, and they became selfish. Rhinos lived in a quiet village in Appondale, where the schoolhouse stood, in the old tree now known as the pet shop. Seals lived in lowly caves in Mt. Shiveer, where fierce gales blew. Other animals were not as fortunate as the Township citizens. The poor rabbits lived in the Sarepia Forest, which was quiet and deserted. They tended to tear their ears on the scraggly branches , the reason why modern rabbits have small cuts in their left ears. Their tribe was named the tribe of Libuli. One rabbit who lived their was named Karyus. He had been named this for his extreme curiosity. Other animals called him Kari. Every day, Kari had to walk far to the school tree. On his way, other cubs and calves and such would make fun of his "Feminine-like name".
ReplyDeleteOne day, a snow leopard cub named Jolay Yelled out" Kari! Kari! Im not so sorry! But you are the most girly ! Rabbit in Jammmaaaaaaaa!" Kari, fearious, ran, his legs pumping, he ran until he was out of energy. He gasped for water, and felt ice at his feet. He looked around. He knew where he was. He was in the legendary Cave of the gems! He sat down, tired and scared. He heard a strange noise. "SSSSSSSsssssss CRACKLE SSSSSSSSSsssss CRACKLE" Kari, panic stricken tried to escape. But a thick wall of snow blocked him. He decided to find out what that noise was. He walked around until a fierce light flooded his eyes. It was a lightbulb. Kari returned it to Sarapia. After decades of studying, they found it's source. It was a small panel on the side of the bulb- A solar panel! The hardest
part was mass producing it. Eventually, Kari himself figured it out. No longer was Kari made fun of. Instead, township citizens let him become a township citezen himself. And the magnificent invention was named the lightbulb, after Kari's tribe.
Kari became a famous inventor and created inventions like the Sarapia theater.
In his honor, Small Christmas lights have been hung up in Sarapia. And all of Jamma's electronics are powered by plugs that run to batteries that store solar power. Thanks to Kari, Jamaa was forever changed.

ReplyDeleteJust after Mira and Zios created Jamaa, there was no way of getting light. The animals lived in fear of the predators who around by the night, like owls, lorises, bats. The larger animals had no trouble, and teased the smaller creatures when they were caught by the night-predators. Jamaa didn't know peace then. The only life in Jamaa who even thought about peace were Mira and Zios. The main cause was the darkness, so they tried to think of a way to make light. Soon after, fire was discovered when a rabbit was digging and mining and found flint. As fire and torches were introduced to the land of Jamaa, peace spread. But it was not a good solution because often, a clumsy rabbit holding a torch would sometimes burn wooden houses, sending terror throughout a village.
The insects at this time, we're attracted by the fire, and most often died. The few insects that were left pleaded to Mira for a solution, and she enchanted the little critters to produce their own light. Soon, they reproduced, and Mira kept some of the enchanted bugs in little glass orbs, and a solution for Jamaa's lack of light was found.
Ok here is my story
ReplyDeleteA long time ago when Greely was a cub he was playing with his cousin shadow. Tag your it shadow yelled. Greely chased shadow out of the safety of the pack and into the phantom lands. PHANTOM shadow yelled but it was only a small one and could not do them any harm. Greely pulled shadow behind a rock and whispeared look at its movement and shapes how mysteruos. But Shadow was not intrested in movement and shapes it was the bits of light that came from the phantoms that he liked.
As time went on they both grew to study phantoms so they set of to gether to look at a phantom they had seen. Look at there amazing light flicking out said shadow. No look at there movements said Greely. NO yelled shadow NO yelled Greely and they both ran of in opasit directions.
Shadow walked into Jamaa feeling gloomy and noticed how dark it was. Then he thought about the phantoms light and had a brilliant idea. I've got to get to Mira he said and ran to the statue. Oh Mira Oh Mira he said Will you create me a obeject that will make the light from phantoms light Jamaa up. Just then an obeject rised from Mira THANKS he yelled and ran of to test it. As fast as he could he grabed a phantom from epic wonders and made its light go into the thing. It worked! From that day on he made the light to Jamaa.

Gee, I dunno! Although, if the tail is found in Epic Wonders, it could cost a lot. If it's a regular nonmember item, it might be from 50-200 gems. Is it a rare? Rare items tend to cost more than regulars. Hope this is helpful.
