Nice update, but for some reason I'm not very excited about it. Maybe cuz I just woke up lol. Although I'd prefer dogs becoming nonmember, I'm fine with hamsters too. And I must say, the racoons are so adorbs! ^.^
ReplyDeleteMy friend just said that. Dogs are popular. I wish AJHQ actually added food to buy and feed your pet. They have animations where the pet eats food but it could teach responsibility if the pets learn to maintain a healthy diet.

ReplyDeleteIt's not a glitch. It happens a lot when a player wears its items. The glitchy part about it is how your player picture looks.

Spiked Collars will most likely come to the Diamond Shop if my prediction is correct. AJHQ did say that they will bring back old monthly member gifts so current members can buy the gift in the color of their choice. Spiked Collars were an old monthly member gift, and might come back soon. The same fate might happen with Spiked Wristbands.
DeleteThey probably will at some point, but I'd say they wouldn't be rare, like the rest of the merchandise. But still, spiked collars are pretty cool and I hope they come to the Diamond Shop! ( Even though I'm a non member) XD

DeleteAm I the only one who remembers when the pet rumor started? The rumor that if you glitch into that trail up at the top right of Jamaa (past the den items store)--the trail into the bamboo that you can't take, you could go past three places and you would get a pet? Anybody? That rumor got so popular that I guess AJHQ decided it would make a good addition.
ReplyDeleteThe longest lasting rumor though is the rumor about the Coral Canyons bridge cracking and you win a rare/membership whatever. It's obviously fake, to you believers [sorry!] because the object you win changes through the years!! It used to be a nm glove because that was super super rare, then it changed to a membership, now it's a spike! It's fake you guys. Sleep by the fire in Zios, phantoms come out, jump on the bridge, it cracks partially, jump on the ice in shiveer, it cracks partially, dance by the fire in serapia, it grows higher and mira appears. No prizes. Just fun things.
DeleteYep, but I kinda wish it was true. Not for the rares, but I'd like to see it crack. Especially if it leads to this special underground room! OOH OOH OOH I just got an idea!!!! If 3 some sort of animals does those things at those places, they will fall in and it would load somewhere. It will drop you off at an underground cave (for every of those things you do) Then an ALPHA walks up to you and says "You jammers broke the mysterious frozen pond, you jammers made Mira take you underground because you danced for her, etc. We appreciate your kindness of Jamaa, and you may choose a reward of gems, items, diamonds, anything!"

DeleteWow. I was surprised by this, I thought that pets will always stay member. I would have rather had a dog pet though, since everyone likes dogs and they're pretty common/not exotic like a tiger pets, but hamsters seem like a good nm pet choice.
ReplyDeleteBut there's another thing I'm tired of: LIMITED INVENTORY SLOTS. Some jammers, like me, snowyclaw, my friend, and lots of others, have been around for a year or two and we have collected a LOT of items. Why do we have to make storage accounts, or worse, recycle our rare and well-loved items? It's just plain annoying, why can't we just have infinite slots? What's the purpose of even having limited slots? Extra member feature? If you ask me, it would be better just to add infinite slots for every jammer.
Idk why AJ limits the amount of Jamaa-grams we send to a person, why they limit how many buddies we have and the amount of stuff we can put in a den. It makes no sense O_O
DeleteOne time last winter I tried to make my den look like it had snow covered all over it, and I was halfway done when I get a message saying I can't put anything else in my den at all DX I was so mad .-.
It actually glitches the game when you have too much buddies. It's just like Club Penguin. Plus it would cost too much money fro unlimited inventory slots. It would glitch too.

ReplyDeleteBut AJHQ does this for a reason. If we had infinite slots, wouldn't that be too much to handle? Just think about it, Rufi. AJ has over 10 million jammers currently playing AJ! If we had infinite slots for clothing and den items, and so many different items, that's just way too much!
More pixels, more glitches! There would be TONS of item glitches! AJHQ would have to fix ALL of them! Isn't that too much for poor AJHQ to handle? And also, we don't have infinite items on AJ, and I don't think anyone would need infinite den slots. It would also take much longer to customize your den with so many items! Scrolling back and forth... It just be way too hard!
So I think AJHQ has a purpose for having a limited amount of slots.
I feel surprised so suddenly hamsters are for all jammers! I think they did this because many non-members might have been left out of the diamond shop! They only get some in the daily spin, and they can only purchase gems! They can just earn them, and getting a diamond in the daily spin is rare! They can't even purchase any clothing or den item there! I mean, they could care less if there was a diamond shop. But for members, luxury, luxury, (not that much for the people with money purchased animals and rares) AJHQ must've realized many non-members hated the update, so they might have felt a little bad for them. I'm happy for non-members and I hope they enjoy their new pets!
I feel like the Diamond Shop let down every Jammer just a little bit. I must say, it is more of a disadvantage of AJ instead of an advantage.
But for the rares, I could care less. Seriously. I only first logged onto this game hoping to find my friends in real, and make friends on AJ. Unfortunatly, my friends were quickly bored of the game and left. So I started rare collecting. But meanwhile, I made TONS of friends!

ReplyDeleteI'm mad right now. Today I I subscribed to a jammer on youtube because of a comment I saw. TheBetaWolfAJ had a video about his blog and I said I'll read his blog and I shared a link to mine. He replied saying that it's a nice blog and that he changed his blog address. I went to his blog and he made a new post which he said was late. He used the exact same screenshots I used in my blog post. It took me almost an hour to actually find every new thing in Jamaa dn another hour to blog about. i had tome because there wasn't school for me today. Look at the latest posts and tell me if it's the same. What do I do? Do I report it to blogger? I am so peeved. I know a lot of people out there commit plagirism. I might not get him in trouble this time, but if it happens again his blog will be bye bye.

And I don't like what they did with the gift cards. If you buy one, you get 10 diamonds and 6000 gems. You don't get the animal anymore... but diamonds in its place. And you get less gems D:
