On the chests scattered throughout the adventures there lies many chests, each with a golden wings emblem and a blue stone. Who could have put these mysterious containers around the lands? How does each jammer open the chests, why do they open for us?

Okay.. this is my story:
DeleteAs I tidied up the shelves of the art cottage, I had the feeling that someone was watching me. I whipped around, frightened. Even when I saw it was a small lizard, I was not reassured. It was when I heard a loud BANG, I panicked, and rushed outside. There, before me, stood an army of ugly phantoms of darkness, revenge purely shown in their eyes.
It was a relaxing day in Jamaa, the problems had been resolved and the Alphas had nothing to worry about. Or so they thought. Around noon, a strange, grey-black fog began to surround the whole region of Jamaa, almost blackening the atmosphere. The Alpha's reported to Mira, how everything seemed to call out for help, Cosmo's plants were wilting, Peck's painting pigments were losing color. Mira sensed something was wrong, she could just feel it in her royal blue wing, but she just couldn't put her feather on it.
Around the time of evening, Jamaa time, a sudden BANG interrupted the tense atmosphere in Jamaa. There, before Mira, stood the ugly, twisted, faces of phantoms, looking grimly victorious. The largest phantom bellowed "Mira, mother of the sky. Today is the day that you, your people, and you country will surrender your power to the Phantoms. Mira, ruffled by the Phantom's scornful tone, replied "Just what made you think I would sacrifice everything I possesses to the Phantoms?" But when she heard the Phantom's reply, her face turned ashen, white as a sheet, as the Phantoms advanced.
Before Zios had gone onto the next world, him and Mira, spent their time, creating the wonderful world of Jamaa, but, if she ever needed them, Mira had created seven gems, each a different color, to control the climate, temperature, atmosphere, and even feelings of the world and people of Jamaa. Coming back to the present, what disturbed Mira so drastically, was that the Phantoms had uncovered the location of one of the gems, the Diamond.
Mira sprang into action, swishing her wing, and felling a thousand phantoms. This gave her enough time to shout "Go!" to the animals of Jamaa, who were in a state of stunned shock. Then she took to the sky, a black cloud of phantoms following her.
As she veered, ducked and glided, in panic, she tried to think straight, what exactly she should do. Suddenly, an idea came with a flash, and Mira carried it out in a split second. With great ease, from her Jamaasian powers, she had been able to will each gem to be put in its own chest, a chest with the sign of herself on it.. Mira had not been able to control where exactly they were hidden, therefore, she was not able to recover them. Occasionally, while swooping over the region of Jamaa, she did wonder what ever did actually happen to the gems of Jamaa.
Okie this is my story guys, I KNOW its SUPER short, I am actually a better writer, but just today, my mind feels so... empty X( ^_^ Nyway, even though its SO short, hope u enjoy it :)

I hate my school, and I don't want to go back XD so I'm not waisting it even though I'm in June already sorry if I was mean but my school is horrible and with my luck I'll get the mean fourth-grade teacher and I'll be in class with the meanest kid in school AGAIN after two long years and 5 whole years and I'm never in class with my best friend! I would be happy if kangaroos come in the middle of July or in the next update, noticed that kangaroos aren't that glitchy anymore so they should come earlier? I don't know what will happen. ReplyDeleteMira scattered the chests in hope that if you carried one thing (I NEED THAT, ONE THING AND YOU GOT THAT, ONE THING) you could open them. That thing is a mixture of kindness and honesty. If you have the thing, then all over Jamaa, certain animals can open certain chests.

Here is my Monday Mystery response:
Intro:
Smoke billowed and danced into the late night starry sky as two young wolves huddled close to the fire to protect themselves from the stormy and cold Mt. Shiveer winds. They had been traveling for days, trying to get away from the war raging Jamaa that they had left behind. Their home was falling to pieces. Sure, the Alphas had done as much as they could and indeed it was helping, but the mysterious dark creatures that caused so much destruction to the land always seemed to have a way to win whatever battle was being fought. Many were like the two wolves, escaping the icy clutches of war and despair, trying to build a new life in a more peaceful nation. If it could ever be found, that is.
"I can still smell the horrors from here, Unus."
"Same as I, Duo but we must not turn back. These other travelers need strong leaders to help guide them through the unknown lands we shall be going through."
"But we know just as little as they do! We could loose our own fur by staying in front if them all and going so slow. They should be able to fend for themselves." Said Duo
"Indeed my friend, fear has been blinding you. The phantoms must be advancing once more. If that is your case, then you know deep inside you what to do."
Duo finally agreed with his brother that they must continue on leading the other travelers through the dangers that laid out beyond them. There are many more stories to be told of the Adventurs of the Winged Brothers, but that is for another day.
The rest is coming, I wrote it all already it was just to long :p
DeleteI give this story 8/10. A little more backstory and more action would be appreciated, and making sure all the grammar is correct. Suspense, please? If you want to find a nation for them, try reading some of my stories.

I wrote the story on my phone, so it's hard to go over everything I wrote without accidentally refreshing the page. That's why the grammar was bad, I usually rely on autocorrect and sometimes it fails me :P the original story was over 4,056 characters and I had to delete the other parts to it. I was going to explain the backstory and moral at the end, but unfortunately that didn't happen .-. Thanks for reading, anyway!
There is a hidden piece of speech from Cookie Rabbit where she hints at Mira hiding the treasures. It explains why it has her emblem on it and a sapphire (sapphires seem to be the sacred jewel of Jamaa)

DeleteOk. Here's my solution to the mystery:
ReplyDeleteMira. a sky mother known as the Grey Heron have lied chests everywhere long ago when Zios was with her, before Jamaa was revealed. The forest that the chests lies in is one of the oldest places in Jamaa. A group of bunnies made a burrow in that forest because it was peaceful, but phantoms have returned to Jamaa and attacked that forest as their first target. Most bunnies are still fine, but a few of them were taken by phantoms, caged. The phantoms have polluted the water that some bunnies are struggling to survive. Now Jammers are now investigating since a dew days ago. While Jammers are now investigating, they found acient chests along the way. These chests give them gems and is also a gift of courage to the Jammer whoever finds them. But only animals can open it, by the power of Mira's golden wings and blue stone in the front of the chest, so phantoms won't get the loot inside. Only animals can get the power and courage from Mira by pressing the blue stone...

Here's the story about how it was told to others.
DeleteCookie, a bunny who lost her young sister Snowball and young brother Jack went to go outside but her parents told her to stay at the burrow. Her dream was to be like the shamans/alphas. Explore the wonderful lands to come, and fight phantoms bravely. But she was scared to fight any phantoms, so she obeyed her father. That night, she couldn't sleep because when she went to the bridge that day, she saw a phantom and it almost took her. She became thirsty but she didn't want to drink the polluted water. She snuck up past the bunnies in the burrow. When she came out she looked out for phantoms. It was clear and quiet, but then she knew she was being watched after she passed the safe zone. Her spine started to shake. "Buster, is that you trying to scare me, again?" she called out. She never been scared until that day. Her brother and sister are calm and her cousin, Buster always want to scare her. But Cookie is the oldest child in the bunny group. She looked around and faced at a black electrical creature. She screamed and hoped away. But she almost touched the polluted water, she looked back and saw the phantom. I can't do it, she thought. I can't hop, she thought, shaking. She knew she doesn't have a choice, so she jumped high over the river, landing in a bush of flowers. The phantom floating away, looking for that bunny. Cookie got out and saw some kind of glow behind a tree. She quietly walked around it and saw some kind of chest. She hears whispers around her. Mira. She pressed the mysterious blue stone on the chest and got some gems and felt like...a brave bunny. She stopped shaking. She smiled. Woah, I felt like I'm like those awesome shamans/alphas, she thought. I should keep this as a secret. Now Jammers have saved the water and the bunnies can finally have their crops and water back. Cookie helped Jammers to find the secrets she found, where it's safe from phantoms. She finally found lost her brother and sister, and her 2 lost friends, Daisy and Oliver. I'm starting a new life, she thought.

ReplyDeleteThe army hat seems perfect for Independence coming up in the United States. Although, it really is a pity AJHQ doesn't really recognize other holidays in other countries, because I'm sure other countries celebrate freedom and in their own colours.
ReplyDeleteHowever, it is nice, the Jamaa version of things it is called "Freedom Day". So, I can see how it would be approachable for all countries, I guess I was just trying to say since it seems to be red, white, and blue, colours of the United States' flag.....
Well, who am I to complain and start drama. I guess I was just pointing that out, sorry if I offended anyone, it wasn't the intention of this comment. I just want to add that I really love this Rare item, and hopefully the next one will be available for all Jammers in Jamaa.
Also, I love the post by AJHQ on Kangaroos, I feel it really strives to explain their existence in Jamaa, now we all have to wait for it to be sold internationally, not just in Australia. I'm sure they'd be a perfect addition to the land of Jamaa, and I'm glad they debuted in a different country, instead of the United States. Since it seems citizens of the United States were able to test a lot of new animals, making it very unfair to Jammers internationally. Yes, I know AJHQ's office is in the United States, but Animal Jam is an international game, and I'm just glad they are acknowledging that, to let others have a turn..... :)
And yes, the Freedom Party does look cool, I wonder how it will be this year? Will it be the same? Or somewhat different.... I wonder if the items will be every Freedom Day item? That would be awesome. ^.^
Sorry to rarer Jammers, but you do know, everything will return, it's just the way of life.... No need to be greedy at all, really.

I'm greedy for diamonds not rares. Who cares about rares anyway? I don't! Well I care what they look like but not their value. Most rares look adorable on most animals. I TOTALLY agree with all what you're saying, especially when all new animal were being tested only in the U.S. but it is now Australia and New Zealand's turn.

ReplyDeleteI guess I was just lucky to get into the freedom party the same day it came out! It's the same as last year, I believe. It's a grassy area with fireworks of different shapes going off in the sky and blankets on the ground. On the far left are den fireworks, on the right are clothes items. =3

ReplyDeleteEveryone is wondering about the mysterious treasure chests that can be found all around the new beta adventures in Jamaa. Where did they come from? Why do normal Jammers have the power to open them? What are they for? In this thoughtful article written by "RainbowRider", all of these questions are answered.
Jamaa is filled with many mysteries that we are still struggling to understand. Say, the statue of Mira that stands in Jamaa Township. Or something like the strange cave that can be seen in Appondale but cannot be entered. Or, maybe you're wondering about the strange treasure chests that can be found in the beta adventures that are new to Jamaa.
I know many people are curious about these little golden chests that are scattered around the adventures and hold prizes such as rare items or gems. The first thing that researchers noticed strange about these mini mysteries were that there is a strange golden emblem that seems to resemble wings engraved onto the front. Many researchers think that this is possibly something like a "symbol" or a "logo" made by Mira, to show that she was the one who left the treasure chests. And the blue stone in the middle? It's bright blue resembles the color of Mira's beautiful feathers, obviously another piece of evidence that the chests have been left behind by our ruler Mira.
Another questions that many Jammers have asked is "Why do I have the power to open these mysterious chests? I'm just a regular Jammer!" Keep in mind that Mira loves all who does their duty to protect Jamaa. If you have found a treasure chest in one of these adventures, than you have most likely also killed a phantom. Researchers suggest that Mira thinks of this as an act of bravery and loyalty to Jamaa and all who inhabit this land, and she rewards Jammers with the ability to open these chests.
Jamaa is full of mysteries, all of which we will one day find the answers for. For now, let's keep our eyes open for more mysteries to come in Jamaa.

I'm sure you already noticed but if you read the article about Kangaroo's it says something to do with cosmos expidition it means the new land will be close to an Austrillain Swamp, or grassland, but since we have a grassland, and a desert, I assume it may be a swamp, since Zios is considered more of a Jungle.

Hey, guys! OH MY ZIOS! HOLY MIRA! Guess whaaaat? My mommy said I'm going to Great Wolf Lodge in July! Yay! She said I can bring my little 8-year-old sis and my BFF. I am getting a KidCabin Suite. My mommy will get the queen bed, my BFF and I will get the bunk bed and my sis will get the other bed beside it! I gonna ride the Howlin Tornado, the River Canyon Run, Alberta Falls, and the racing mat thing. I also gonna get in the treehouse and the wave pool. Yay! Have you been to GWL?
