Hey jammers! Today's rare colored item is the Rare Bonnet, which is being sold on the third page of Jam Mart Clothing.
I haven't had a Monday Mystery in quite a while...
Who carved the image of the kangaroo and the koala? How long ago was it created? What does the artwork depict? When was it discovered? Why is it there? Hmmm... What a mystery!

Hey jammers! Today's rare colored item is the Rare Bonnet, which is being sold on the third page of Jam Mart Clothing.
Of course, this was also predicted by the adventure selection of items, but I didn't have a chance to post about them. Author tryouts will begin this Wednesday I think... I believe I'll have a mock post sent in my various jammers, and the winner's will be posted Wednesday morning. More details will come in the form of a video, but to prepare you will need a few things I think...
Able to be up at 1am AJS time.
Able to write an interesting AJS style post in an hour.
Correct spelling and grammar.
An Animal Jam gmail and blogger account.
Parent permission.
The last one may be odd, but it's going to be necessary to become an author (I have parent permission ^.^). So if you want to prepare - talk to your parent about it, and create an Animal Jam email together. Good luck!

Ok, here is the mystery:
DeleteWhen Cosmo and the koalas set out to discover the new land, he heard a yelp. The yelp came from a big ditch not far from the exploring koalas. One of the koala children told Cosmo "We have to save that animal that is in trouble!" Cosmo said "Yes, we can't just leave him in that ditch!" The koalas made a chain and saved the little animal. The animal was strange, he was tiny, like a rabbit, but he had GIANT feet.
DeleteThe strange animal yelped "Thank you for saving me! My name is Joey, you need help? You all look a little lost! I can repay you for saving me." He looked a little brown, with blue kind eyes. Cosmo stepped up and said "We need help finding a new land for Jamaa." Joey questioned him, "Jamaa? I've never heard of that place, I live in the outback."
Joey took the koalas to a very dry place. It seemed like a ghost town, but they saw one or two animals like Joey. Misty, a small koala child asked Joey, "Why isn't there anyone here?" Cosmo thought the creatures were rare, or most of them went exploring, but Joey replied with a tone of suprize ," There was a lot of kangaroos when I last came here!"
An old kangaroo, hoarsly replied "Dark, floating objects kidnapped our people and never gave them back." Joey cried "Come on! We have to save the kangaroos!"
Cosmo and the koalas agreed and they went to a fork. A sign pointing to the left showed a phantom with a crown. The sign on the right showed a snow leopard. Joey cried "The dark things might've switched the signs! Cosmo bravely said "Get in the bushes! I have a plan!"
Cosmo, Joey, and the koalas waited for Cosmo's plan. They saw a phantom with a bunny in it's tentecles. It went to the right. Cosmo whispered "Come on! Let's follow the phantom! They silently followed it until a black kingdom swarmed with phantoms appeared.
The phantom king loomed over all of the phantoms. He looked tougher than the others.
Cosmo yelled "Let Jamaa and the outback kangaroos free! Or we will destroy all of you and reveal your secret!" The king growled "We will let the kangaroos free, but we'll still come for Jamaa. Be prepeared for us, always."
The kangaroos came to Jamaa and Joey grew up to be a fine male. He opened a shop and carved a picture of the koalas and him.

"Your right, this may be the land!" they followed weird plants, none like the ones in Jamaa. Cosmo saw something move, they were lost. The creature was a kangaroo, his name was Joesy. Joesy helped them find their way, and made a peace of art for their friendship. *-*Zebracrazy*-*

ReplyDelete"The Creation of Outback Imports", a sequel to Peach's story.
Chapter 1 - Ideas for a New Shop
Since when Cosmo found a new home, he forgot to pack some of his den items with him! He can't carry that much since the expedition is already done. He plans to make den items. He built a wooden hut which is pretty empty. Chestnut's kangaroo tribe bring him and the other koalas to empty homes. Before he owned this place Gunsi, Chestnut's father and leader of the tribe demands to make the koalas a new home. Cosmo decides to find someone who can help think of something that can make the koalas get their new dens more filled.
Chapter 2 - The Chosen Koala
Peach was playing tag with her friend Chestnut and Tina. Chestnut is a kangaroo while Tina is a koala. If you ever see Tina, you'll find her smaller than Peach. She also went with her with their expeditions. Although Chestnut's tribe is on a red called Red Rock, the main area was called Kimbara Outback.
"You're it", said Tina, who touched Peach by the shoulder.
Peach tried to catch Chestnut, but the kangaroo hops very fast. Chestnut never got tagged. Peach sighed. She always get tagged. It takes her a long time to touch someone. Except Chestnut of course. Cosmo went to the 3 friends with his staff.
"Good afternoon, girls", he said in a beautiful and deep voice. "Peach, I've heard you're a koala who carves sculptures".
Peach nodded, "Yes I am!"
"I got a plan, my dear", he said. "It's about our dens, they're empty! And we need some den items to fill it up".
"Don't worry, Cosmo, I won't let you down", Peach bowed to him. "My friends will help, I've learned them how to carve, too".
"Good, we need the store to be finished for 2 weeks".
"That's good enough for us", yelled out Chestnut.
And so the 3 friends decided to make drawings on what they should carve. They decide to use other things besides carving.
Chapter 3 - The Image
Peach, Chestnut and Tina thought that creating the shop was a very exciting thing to do. The shop was under construction for 2 weeks. They've done very well so far. The next day is the opening of the shop. Peach rubbed her chin. She was at the paying desk. She thought that something is still missing. They need another decoration for the shop. Something that will match about being friends.
"Hey guys! I got an idea! How about we make something that resembles the inhabitants in this land", Peach raised her hands wildly, trying to get her friends attention. Chestnut rose to her huge feet and hopped to Peach.
"So what is it", she asked.
"How about we make some carvings of a kangaroo and a koala", Peach added.
"That's a great idea", Tina said. "The carvings will represent friendship".
Wow! Tina has many thoughts in her mind, too. Chestnut is sometimes lazy to think of things like that. She's always busy with her tribe she usually says.
"Let's get to it", Peach said.

DeleteChapter 4 - Liza getting Healthy
Liza is starting to feel better everyday. Her sickness was when some phantom took a spell on her. The last time she saw the one who made her sick and poisoned was in the figure of some sort of Arctic Wolf. It was spreading it's wings while phantoms came toward Liza that appeared behind the figure. Cosmo was staring at her, he has medicine for her in case. Liza had a dream of how she got her sickness.
"Cosmo, you're back" Liza said, feeling less weakened.
"Hey Liza, I got big news", Cosmo said in excitement. "We're making a new shop at Kimbara Outback, it should be finished by tomorrow".
"Really", Liza asked. She was also excited.
It's time for Liza to get back to her feet. Cosmo and Liza decided to go to Kimbara Outback. But behind the bamboo lies 2 orange eyes that's facing Cosmo.
"You're next", a mouth with sharp teeth showed in the dark. Electrical phantoms were by the eyes' side.
Chapter 5 - Ready to name the Shop
Chestnut and Peach carved the kangaroo and koala together. Tina made the detail like grass on the image. They were finally finished.
"Cosmo will be so happy when he gets here", Chestnut said. "I've heard that Cosmo will be bringing Liza here".
"She's better", Peach asked. "I hope so! I never saw the Liza Alpha before".
"It's getting late, but we have to name the shop", Tina said.
"Maybe Outback Imports", Chestnut asked.
"Great idea", Peach said.
They carved the name of the shop in the interior and exterior.
"This is going to be hoppin' awesome", yelled out Chestnut. The 3 friends laughed and went to their homes to sleep.
Chapter 6 - The Opening
By the morning, the 3 friends went to the shop. They waited for Cosmo and Liza to come. Finally, Cosmo went in first, Liza came in after.
"I can't believe I get to see you for the first time", Peach ran to Liza and hugged her.
"This is amazing", Cosmo said. The carvings are good so far. Cosmo didn't notice the carved image on top. Not even Liza.
"Are we ready to open the shop now" Cosmo asked, with joy in his voice.
"Yes we are", the 3 friends yelled out loud.
Liza nodded and went outside. She will announce the news on what's new in Jamaa. For 1 whole week, the shop started to get more and more den items. Every den in Kimbara Outback isn't sold yet. But some of the dens in there are filled. The shop became popular quickly. Some animals still don't know how the carving images got there.

Agreed, Neros. I could get them up at the requested time during summer (we're going to Hong Kong and London next year), and get the post up at around 5:00 PM. ReplyDeleteThat's an overtrade. Mira statue, cream worn, rhino helmet and bat wings are EXTEREMLY rare alone, and gazelle horns are very rare but not extremely. Don't worry, me and Lukia are rare collectors, we can help you out. =)

Glitch? Fake? I dunno, try calling AJHQ or snail-mailing them. Talk to your parents (unless you stole the card, which I really hope you didn't do) to email AJHQ. I hope that she gets the wolf sometime!
DeleteNo it's not a glitch it happened to me, instead they give you ten diamonds since the arctic wolf is in the store you have to buy the arctic wolf with then 10 diamonds you got :) hope that helps.

~Monday Mystery~
ReplyDeleteLike here, we have racism with black and white folks. In the steamy meadows of Animal Jam, we have racism against koalas and the kangaroos. It wasn't exactly racism-it was just an endless battle between the two species. "Kangaroos are better! They can hop higher!" Sometime it was just a pleasant debate, and it raged into throwing rotten eggs at their huts, permanently making them smell foul. The hideous stench made the koalas angry-why, those huts were expensive and tremendously hard to make. They declared war.
It was a miracle when someone, a genius, decided that the word "peace" shouldn't be ignored. Their name was Cremly, Cosmo's cousin. (At the time, Cosmo hadn't been born, thank Mira he hadn't, it was unpleasant and the days and nights were foul). Cremly was tired, no, exhausted, from the kangaroos. The koalas pelted their burrows and homes with the leftover food, and it left fading stains on their homes. It was horrid. "We need to be civil!" Cremly promised himself. He scratched his fur, his fur had bits of rotten eggs burrowed into him, it was far worse than fleas.
The next morning, breakfast was a nice eucalyptus leaf, (it tasted slightly like mint, except also slightly bland, like water, except chew able). He hopped outside, when he saw a cheerful kangaroo bouncing merrily. The kangaroo saw him in the distance, and wrinkled their nose. "You smell!" Cremly blushed. "Do you want peace?" He asked randomly, his voice sounded like papers flapping in the wind.

cool, you good at righting about make believe battle. could you do one where it talks about why wolves were so mean to foxes, and arctic wolves when they came out? And in 2012 when wolves where just evil to every monkey in sight? And ate bunnies every time it tried to fight back?

like the story so far! cool bonnet didn't have time to get it because i've been on vacay >_< but i will always have time to comment! i'm not sure who carved to strange picture, but i'm guessing its cosmo because he was the one who brought the kangaroos to jamaa, plus, he would have carved the picture to represent the gratitude he has for the kangaroos. but thats just an oppinion.

Snowyclaw, you are such a show off. Who cares about your fan mail video? And no, I'm not jealous. In fact, I have a friend who username is crispymint. And she is more epic then you. And I forgot she is nicer and less a show off then you. She even has a a blog with Stang and snowytaco (also nice jammers, better than you) and the only reason why you have author try outs is because you want to copy their blog. They had multiple authors before you. And ever since they started music vids, you did as well. Why you copy them? Nothing better? Oh and animaljambuddies.blogspot.com is a better blog than yours. Has more creativity and fun stuff. You should check it out, but your to busy showing off your stuff.

Snowyclaw does her fan mail thing, to show she actually appreciates all the jammers out there, who admire here for what she does, and there is nothing wrong, showing that those jammers admire here, by making that video. About the copying other blog authors thing: Snowyclaw has been managing from June 2011, all on her own, keeping this blog running. Sure she had Spirit Jammers, but no one to actually help her with the posts, she makes time, to keep this blog up and running. Now we are all 'maturing' (^.^), its only natural that parent will become more willful about sleeping hours, and that our old human bodies will need to recharge. This is why Snowyclaw needs some authors, to keep this blog running, do you even know, just to ask about writer tryouts shows that she wants to keep the blog running? She can easily say 'Oh sorry, but I'm too tired to go on, so this is my last post' but she wont. About 'fun stuff': sure, animations and colors is an important thing in running a blog, and she makes sure. Also, just a note, if you think Snowyclaw is stuck up, then why are you commenting here? *raises an eyebrow* I understand where you're coming from, but you need more legit proof to get me on your side, let alone another Spirit Fan/Jammer, and I'm one of the more easy ones to convince. Second of all, there is the matter of COINCIDENCE. She's probably not showing off, its a matter of making blogs better. Nicer? Pfft. Snowy and my big brother are the people I look up to. Please give me PROOF she's nicer (video, email FILE, actual in-person meeting), then I'll accept. Also, for copying, that's jumping to conclusions. Goldfishypuppy used to be her helper but quit. Know the facts first. I know that there are MANY blogs better than the ol' server farm, but that doesn't mean you single out one and compare it to the most famous one. You need to give more examples. Yes, these are your opinions, and I respect them, but I would like PROOF before you start making accusations. Us "famous" jammers get enough hate already.

Yet in that post, she is Mean, Rude, CONDEMING, and down right she is hurrying into things, without the facts. (I have absalutly no idea what she was talking about) But, from all of her insults, and the way Anon reacted, it was not a good deed.

ReplyDeletei think i understand snowy. Snowy, you don't need to wake up early to post if you need to. I would perfectly be okay if you posted at 3 ajs time. You have posted soo much to early that it is getting unhealthy. Nobody should do that. It would be easier if you had six other authors so each day of the week a different author posted. so, snowy would get rest. I am just saying. the author part is probably what your going for.

What happened.
koalas just got there and finished making Kimbara. So it makes sense that there is a koala caved in the stone. And it's also where Kangaroo's where discovered in AJ, and it is the right habitat for them.
COMCLUSION
The where made just recently. It's probably the Koala/Kangaroo Alpha stone.
FUN VERSION
When the Koalas came to Kimbara, the Kangaroo's thought they were animals hired by the phantoms to get rid of all kangaroo's, since they were a powerful threat of the phantoms. ANYWAY, koalas and kangaroos are fighting,(Since the koalas are also confused in the misunderstanding) Anyway an Koala named Cocoa was biting a kangaroo named Kory's ear, when they fell through some loose rocks into a hidden cave.
They both were curious so they stopped fighting and started looking around.
and that's when they saw it! THE SPIRIT STONE! and carved into it was a picture of a koala, and a Kangaroo playing.the first spirit stone to have to animals on it They went outside and yelled to stop the fighting. (THEY GOT THE KANGAROO CHIEF AND COSMO)(Longer story put into long story) They made piece, hung the stone on the wall, and the kangaroo's agreed to come back to jamaa with the koalas!!!!!
