Hiya Jammers! ^.^ Today we a great new den items, the returning Paw Candy, sold in Jam Mart Furniture!

And now for some strange glitches around AJ... O_O A couple times, while I was trying to switch animals, it just kept endlessly loading and nothing happened! Eventually I had to log out :\
Then, when I logged back on, I received a trade in Jamaa Township...
Looks like the number glitch is at it again! >.< After that, I was in the Pillow Room, sleepily laying down on some pillows... When all the sudden my friend started hopping on me and my animal stood up without me even touching anything! :O
I'm glad AJHQ did a subtle little fix for this type of behavior. :) ~snowyclaw
Alright, enough of the laughs, time for the most recent Daily Explorer posts!
When I first went on AJ yesterday morning, I went to the Daily Explorer to see what the Rare Item Monday was, and this is what showed up. I was really confused because the item above looks just like the Red Hat and Beard that's in stores, and even more confused when I logged in and couldn't find it in any stores. Eventually, I noticed the Rare Hood With Feather in Epic Wonders, and figured AJ had made a mistake on their DE post. I was must've been correct, since AJHQ took down the Hat and Beard post and replaced it with the Rare Hood With Feather post, shown below! :P
Cute picture of a deer with Monday's Rare! :3 Strange that they had it wrong though, huh? Ooh, and before I forget, let me remind those of you Jammers that are members to purchase a pet reindeer before they're gone! You can purchase them in Jamaa Township right by the Pillow Room, or at the Jamaaliday Jam Party! ^.^

DeleteMy theory is that phantoms existed before Mira cried, but in a more spirit-like form. (The following is only fan-fiction.) The Phantom Emperor had persuaded jammers into creating the bad elements of Jamaa, and then he had murdered Zios, thus making Mira cry. Her tears mixed with the bad qualities jammers had created, allowing the Phantom Emperor's army to rise.

This is my theory: Eventually, Mira summoned the shamans and they defeated the Phantom Emperor once and for all. However, the New Phantom Dynasty (ruled by the Phantom King, great grandson of Phantom Emperor) is perhaps the most intelligent of all phantoms, and they have developed ways to keep multiplying. They reproduce by using Phantom Sprouters, the phantom's own type of plant, made from polluted Chomper Plant materials. The Phantom Pods store total Shadowtion, a liquid form of the bad qualities in Jamaa, which fuel these Phantom Sprouters, creating more and more phantoms. Even if the Phantom Emperor is dead, and even if Mira has stopped mourning, The Darkness, the Phantom Emperor's spirit, is still within Jammer's hearts, and is still growing stronger, and will eventually one day reform. But if we can fight the Darkness, it will fall, and so will its army. Not only will they stop multiplying, but the phantoms won't have anything to feed off of, and fall.

Ooh! I can't wait to log on today and get all these wonderful items! I was really confused yesterday when the DE showed it being a Hat and Beard. Then someone told me that it was in EW. I saw the Rare Feather with Hood, and I was like "Whaaa?" I realized thats why they gave us Bows and Arrows as the Jamaaliday gift. So funny, hahaha. I had also gotten the most real looking of the bows, the brownish-yellow.
ReplyDeleteAbout the loading glitch, I have had that happen for different things too. Sometimes the world wouldn't even load! That jumping thing is hilarious, and I understood right away why they stand up. I was attacked one day, before this update, and it wasn't pretty.
Trivia Answer:
When Zios and Mira had been together, they created the life in Jamaa, but later in the Jamaasian Legend, Zios had fallen, or died. When Mira cried, her tears were of sadness, anger, and all bad feelings. The Phantoms were made from her tears.

DeleteI have a story for this:Mira saw him in pain.He was a god but he could not survive because he used his power to form Jamaa and give all his life energy to create Mira."YaArg!!!!' said Zios in pain as he fell.He blasted into a small temple,the explosion impacted the temple and it crumled to pieces until the bottom was broken.Peices of the temple crumbled at the bottom.Zios turned into a still ,lifeless,creature.The soil on the ground was evil because it wasent made correctly yet.As Miras tears hit the ground...they formed into small creatures.Mira was so big that her tears where as tall as wolves .. the biggest tear became the phantom king.Mira made 5 creatures alphas and 100 other creatures where shamans shamans.One by one the spirit stones where taken and one by one the shamans dissapeard.The alphas defeated the phantom king a few months later but..they had to revive their friends.A few years later they had most of their friends revived but not the other un-known friends.They did their best and they are still on the hunt for their friends.

DeleteEveryone who is anyone knows how Phantoms came to jamaa. Zios died, and when Mira found out, she cried, and her tears mixed with the earth. Phantoms appeared. But no one knows how Zios died, or how the Phantoms appeared. My guess is the Phantoms sprang up where the tears fell, but I can't think outside of the box on how Zios died.

It was never said that he really died she just thought he had died because he had not yet returned from his journey/ exploration.The phantoms were created when Mira cried because her tears of anger and sadness (I prefer just saying her anguished tears.) mixed with the dirt and thus the phantoms just came to be. Because they were made with anger and sadness all they could do was wreak havoc. I kind of feel bad for the phantoms because Mira created them and had her tears been tears of joy and hope they either would never have been created or they would have been caring, helpful creatures. They can't help who they are or who they were meant to be.

When Zios created Jamaa with Mira, the great heron decided to be part of the world. She called herself an "Alpha". That was when the Shamans came along. Each Shaman had their own ability and personality. Mira is in charge of the Shamans and her people in Jamaa. There was peace in Jamaa, and everyone loved it.
One day, Mira decided to meet Zios, like she always did from time to time. Zios left, and she doesn't know how. And that was the first time that Mira's tears fell like a waterfall. Poor Mira, she missed Zios already. But her Alpha Tears can make big things happen. A huge black one-eyed creature with a spiky head floated slowly towards Mira. He looked like those spiders that cause trouble making web-looking traps around the forests of Jamaa. His head looked like he has a crown. The creature was named the Phantom King. Mira doesn't trust him, she never saw someone that dark-looking before. The Phantom King laughed and spawned many other Phantoms but smaller and they have round heads. They created electric charge in front of Mira and she had to warn the other Jammers but it was too late. The Phantom King and his minions went to the Jammers too early before Mira can swoop down towards them.
I'm making a part 2 of this story. ^.^

After the attack, Mira and the Shamans decided to have a war against the Phantoms. She also thinks that Zios will return. But the Shamans said that the Phantom King is clever and will make tricks with lies. Mira did understand, but she still wanted to try.
DeleteAnd that was when the Great Battle began. It was not a very long time ago, and Jamaa stills looks peaceful but some parts of Jamaa was took over by Phantoms. Mira had defeated most phantoms to help the Jammers that were fighting them to survive, except the Phantom King. He made a quick and deadly move at Mira. She fell to the ground and couldn't get up. Peck, the bunny Alpha bursted into tears, while Greely didn't mind at all, he was looking at the attack the Phantom King did. Greely took out his notebook and that was when he became so interested with Phantoms.
Years passed, that the Shamans tried to find Mira. They knew that Mira still has her soul trapped somewhere. But they gave up and returned to Jamaa. Since Mira, the Alpha was gone, the Shamans replaced Mira and are now called the Alphas themselves. They still do what they do, but they also need to defend Jamaa like what Mira did.
One day, a Jammer went to get a book at the Chamber of Knowledge and he found a note with beautiful handwriting. The note was filled with symbols and the animals of Jamaa can understand it. He read the note and it was pronounced:
"I'm sorry Mira, but I decided to leave and go to create more worlds. I realised that you don't need me anymore. I think you can take care of Jamaa yourself. However, my lights are still around Jamaa. Don't worry, no matter what you do, I'll always watch you. You are not alone."

Mira made the phantoms when Zois died when he crashed in the Lost Temple of Zois. Mira got corrupted and made the phantoms by her madness. Im birdy12447 by the way :)
