On September 11th, 2001, a tragic attack on the Twin Towers made many people pass away. Every year, on this solemn day, people all around the world hold a moment of silence for the citizens of America who died on that terrible day. AJS is no different. A moment of silence yesterday for them, and a little more today.

Ciao, jammers! Today's item is the Epic Egyptian hat, found at Epic Wonders for the pricey amount of 1,500 gems!
Don't you just love the Egypt set? What color theme for this set do you like to use on your animals? I like the red and sandy brown color of this hat a lot!
Yesterday's item was the Egyptian Pillow, the perfect touch to the throne room I've been working on!
I love the scarab beetle pattern! Did you know to the ancient Egyptians, the scarab was a symbol of eternity and crossroads? Oh, and of course, look at all these wonderful (sometimes Egypt themed :D) Dens!
That is a masterful use of your items, jammers! You guys are too creative! How did you get all those plushies, xxsmile? And those plaques are impressive too, hamzamd!

We want to see how passionate you Jammers are about otters, and if we can get 5,000 of you to show it, we’ll adopt one! Listen closely how you and AJHQ can make it possible to adopt a real-life otter.
In order for us to adopt a real-life otter, we need 5,000 Jammers to do the following:
1. Become an otter
2. Put on a silly hat
3. Head to the Summer Carnival, from 3-6 pm MDT, on Saturday and do an otterly-awesome dance!
We will be keeping an eye on how many Jammers head to the Summer Carnival, and if we can get 5,000 Jammers to do it, we’re going to adopt a real-life otter! Wouldn’t that be awesome???

9/11/01.. my health teacher was in 8th grade when that happened. she was evacuated from her school. my social studies teacher was in colledge, and she tried to call her sister in new york, but she could only call for 35 seconds, her sister could see the towers burning from her apartment
