Hey jammers! Snowy here with a little update for today. And yesterday! Because AJHQ is silly and making it difficult for everyone to tell what sandy items are new. They are fun new additions though!
For some reason I believed this to by some funny shaped Sand Dollar. Then I got confused with the heart. I guess this makes more sense? I always assumed one doesn't want sand in a rug. Hehe, silly me...
Would you put glass in your sand window? I feel that would be an important decision to make. In other news I have a little comparison of old and new Porch Swings as well as author applications...
Though it is just a random little rare note, I found it interesting to see the same exact name for two different land items. Does that happen for any other types of items, besides the "glitched" or "beta" items? I'd be interested to know if the old Porch Swing (seen on the left) will ever return to stores. Or has the new Porch Swing (right) taken its place?

MONKEYS!
Apes (separate from the monkey classification) and spider monkeys swing arm-to-arm in trees, but many monkeys do not – they run across branches, leaping from skyway to skyway. Monkeys use vocalizations, facial expressions, and body movements to communicate. To express affection and make peace they will groom each other. Most monkeys eat both animals and plants, some even eat earth. Howler monkeys are the loudest monkeys. ReplyDeleteOk. I had no idea monkeys howl. It makes me think of a cross between monkeys slash wolves, and that's just weird. Eat dirt, I got dared to once. It did not taste good. And I just don't prefer those sand items. They are just too sandy. The Bubble Emitter looks cool, but I'm not the undewater type.

The sand window looks pretty cool, although it would look kind of funny in a regular house X3 Regarding the porch swings, I don't think the "beta" porch swing will ever return, because AJHQ has more angled items nowadays and not very many front-facing items, so I don't think it would return.

ReplyDeleteI have a glitched Jam A Gram. My computer hasn't been loading very well, and when I logged in today, I had 2 Jam A Grams. I checked them, and now I'm scared. here are the results:
ReplyDeleteThere's a loading sign in the middle of the JAG. There's no picture. The message says "thanks for playing with me" and it says it in the spot where you normally type a message. Above that, it says the same thing in smaller letters. It's message #538/#538. And it doesn't say who it's from. Is this happening to anybody else?

ReplyDeleteThe Sand Rug is pretty cute, and the resemblance to a sand dollar is pretty clear. Maybe they could add some sort of sand dollar-themed items too. Hopefully. And for the Sand Window, imaging the sand collapsing... You'd be hit with a piece (broken or not) of glass!

That Bubble Emitter looks... evil. Very very evil. I can't imagine how it'd make bubbles.
Monkeys are some of the forgotten animals of AJ, which is quite disappointing, considering that they're totally ADORBIES in real life! And is anyone thinking that AJHQ should increase the learning factor in AJ? All there really is to learn from is the Journey Book Guides, but I don't think many people read the info boxes ):
Also, remember when AJHQ made little science or history facts to go along with RIMs? I remember the Blue Bow rare thing, which was the first RIM I saw, had a little bit of info about where it came from, which I believe was the blue ribbon award for culinary skill, or whatnot.(I probably got it all wrong XD)

AJHQ has actually been very consistent with names of items. I'm slightly surprised they haven't had alike names before!

i don't think you can get hacked, as long as you don't give any personal information. as long as you keep password to yourself i can more than say that no one will be able to get in. also i believe you will not be the only one who tries to become a spirit author (correct if i am wrong, but i think there might be over hundreds of people) thus the chances of you getting hacked is a lot smaller. :)

The paint buckets are leaving in 9 days, and the Paint Roller And Tray is leaving in 10 days! Do you think more paint items will be leaving? I hope some will stay, I love the paint items too much! >-<

As Snowy said before, the big skull is leaving, now in 3 days! This is a reminder if you want it! I already got all my favorite skulls!
