Hey jammers! Snowyclaw here with a late little Saturday post – apologies for sleeping in, it's been a tiring week. Today's new item is the adorable Silly Winter Hat, complete with a little puff of fluff on top.

Spirit Snaps #9 New Year's!

Hopefuly you've all enjoyed your New Year break with your friends and family! And speaking of New Year's, today's Spirit Snap is all about New Year's and 2016!

There are a lot of different ways to celebrate the new year! In Denmark, people collect broken dishes and give them to their friends. The people with the most dishes are said to have the most friends! In Germany, the tradition is to pour molten lead into water, and the shape the lead solidifies into is a omen or prediction of the year to come!

I think I remember this item, but I'm not completely sure...

Meanwhile, in Jam Mart Furniture, today's new (returning, in the case) item is the Heart Rose Archway, sold for 650, with 10 colors (a little sprinkle of imagination there).

Oh my! I must say AJHQ has outdone themselves here; the new system is pretty neat! You may also notice the new JAG look is similar to Play Wild, perhaps will see more changes this year?

Spirit Stories: Blaze Part 2 #1

Hello everyone! Wishing you all a very happy New Year. It's 2016! Haha, it's hard to believe yet easy at the same time. I feel like ever since Thanksgiving time has been wacky. 

Anyway, now to Spirit Stories! I'm so sorry, but today will only be a partial story. Trying to balance this with homework and outside activities and such has proved extremely difficult, and so I will be sharing with you about a quarter of this week's story. Instead of waiting two weeks, I will do a special post next Thursday to finish the rest of the story. 

Without further ado, I will introduce to you this week/next week's featured characters! First, we have Ruby, sent in by Hellokitten1! You'll see a little bit of Ruby in this post. We have Shadow, sent in by myfuzzykins. She is also in this post. Finally, we have 00someone00's Ravendil! Unfortunately, Ravendil will not be introduced until next week, but I'm very excited for you to meet her!

Introducing the Winter Palace! Revealed by accident on the Daily Explorer, the Winter Palace den is available at the Diamond Shop for seven diamonds. If you dislike gigantic dens which take hours to decorate: you most likely will not be interested like me.

Ice Thrones & the Animal Jam Community in 2016

Hey jammers! Snowyclaw here, posting for the first time in a while. ^-^ I've been so very busy with school (and the holiday season, and healing up after getting my wisdom teeth removed), but I've missed the Animal Jam community so much. How has it been since I've been gone?

It seems today's new item is the Ice Thrones, returning from a yearlong hiatus to the Epic Wonders furniture orb. I'm thinking I might have to make a my winter den pretty soon... Any fun ideas and inspirations to incorporate? I'll be post my Jamaaliday den decorating soon!
