Hey jammers. Today's the update, and although it isn't Day of the Phantom season just yet, it's certainly getting closer!
Mira is still here, but there's a much darker atmosphere! Now here are the new items of the update, in the Jam Marts.
Wow, Leaf Armor came back fast, and look at that adorable Picnic Table! Anywho, the major focus of this update is the new den, the Mushroom Hut. Take a look at the cool den!
Congratulations to the contest winners! You can purchase the new den in Coral Canyon's Den Shop (or in your den).
I hope I get enough gems to buy it soon! Be sure (if you're thinking about becoming a member) to get your membership soon so you can get a September monkey pet, before they go!
Animal Jam birthday celebrations are still going strong, be sure to use the birthday code and attend the cake party!
There is also a new contest for the next Phantom Jam-a-Gram.
You can use the Paint tool in Coral Canyons to enter the contest. Next topic, the new Print and Play's in Dr. Brady Barr's Lab.
Then there's an AJHQ t-shirt advertisment.
Also, AJHQ now gives you a "News Crew Plaque" if you win an article contest. Sadly I didn't receive one, hopefully AJHQ might send past winners one at some point. :( Isn't that fair?
And lastly the calender and double gems game of the update.

DeleteI believe you have to find a mushroom island and use mycelium (Only found on mushroom islands, one of the rarest biomes. If you are on xBox, that biome has not been added yet).. Try to find a superflat land and try it there. If not, use this link: http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Mushrooms

DeletePeople bet like that all the time. It's basically just playing a game, and the winner gets a prize, instead of a lousy amount of gems. If the person doesn't give them the prize, that's that. People don't LIKE trading because sometimes they want to get something without losing any of their rares.

ReplyDeleteI love the new den but I'm disappointed you can't go in the third room, which you COULD do in Kinyonga's drawing. I think the river part (especially the water lily) is especially EPIC! But the blue mushrooms in there give me the creeps. I'm entering several Jam-a-Grams to the contest. I've already done one.

ReplyDeleteOhmy gosh again. Man thank goodness AJHQ decided to keep Mira. I JUST saw that part of the post. Yes, I did not see the big picture when I first went into here. Man I'm glad ya'll didn't see me last year! I know, I know, Mira's coming back no matter what. But is she? Think about it, for a few weeks, NO Mira. To me that drains my spirit. Btw, "Ohmy" is like instead of "Oh my" It's one word. Really fast. So yeah. I'm really, for once, thankful AJHQ hasn't taken the statue away, 'Cause will this fall be the last time we see her?

i think mira will stay! and zios to! you know zios wasn't even here at the start of aj!? it was some monkey on a thrown, now zios is here! (YAY) but if mira DOES leave, we always have the fire pit, the den items, and i think they might put her sine where else.... and they just take out mira to mix it up a bit :D
