Hey jammers! Today's rare colored item is the Rare Knight Helmet, available on the ninth page of Jam Mart Clothing.
AJHQ has also done some new posts on the Daily Explorer.
Now for today's Monday story mystery. In the Temple of Zios there stands a great Chamber of Knowledge. Right next to it lies a smaller, but no less great, Brady Barr's Laboratory.
The building is supported by columns holding etchings of the Sky Mother, Mira. On the oaken door there lies a beautifully carved snake, and on the curtain hangs the symbol of a monkey.
What do these markings mean? Do they tell a legend lost in time? What is the secret behind this ancient building? What lay hidden behind the door before Brady Barr's Laboratory?

During the time my worn blanket was missing, I started giving away most my rares. I was kinda rare obsessed back then. I will miss my rocking horse,orange gecko,beta table,bongo drums and about two other den rar es...but I still have loads left.
When your membership ends, trade some your member stuff for non member stuff.
Unless your getting a membership a month or less later again.
It's that simple.
And when you want your stuff back...
Just trade back with different people!
I don't care about rarity.
I care about the looks.
So let's imagine there are only two items on AJ, both den items.

Animal Jam needs money. Everyone does,these days.
To survive,for food,hygiene,entertainment. That's why there is business.
And of course,to keep animal jam going. An Online place where kids learn about nature,have fun and hang out.
Membership and AJ outfitters are ways to get money for Animal Jam.
Look on Animal Jam point of view. They need money. We all do,don't we? Don't say it's unfair. We have access to a computer,we have a home,family,caring friends. Many people around the world sleep on streets and suffer from starvation. We are lucky.
I may just be a 11 year old girl , but I hope you understand why there is membership. BETA was a TESTING period. It cannot come back, but some features can. The tiny imaginative aspects. Every game has features you must pay for.

I think your trying to say that you should trade for something that you actually LIKE, not for something just because it's rare. For example, I used to want a top hat (before they came out during the hatapalooza thing) just because they were rare. I never used to care about the look of a top hat... until one day i read an article on someone's blog. Then i started to realize what i was doing. In my opinion, top hats looked sorta strange to me... so then i decided i didn't want one anymore. Ok so, I'm a non member, and lots of the store-items for non members don't really look so cool to me, that's why i like non member rares. I used to be rare obsessed. But eh, i may wear rares but i dont go all crazy trading for them anymore lol.

Well, the monkey symbol is there so you will look at it. When you look above the window you can see the Monkey Spirit Stone. It's to grasp your attention.
There are snake parrerns all over jamma, so the snake on the door must mean nothing. (the snake on the door IS cool though)
Okay now since the monday mystery had no clues for me to look for. I'm going to make up something :D

One day in the Temple of Zios, two Monkeys named Monty and Yek-Nom went out to play.
When they got back they saw that phantoms had captured everyone else and were trying to destroy The Temple of Zios.
Yek-Nom thought of a plan! Monty said "Dose it include me being bait?" "Umm..... Yes, yes it dose." "AWESOME!"
Yek-Nom got him part finished. "Okay Monty, lead all the phantoms to the Statue." "Got it Yek-Nom!"
Monty ran all over the place yelling. "I bet you can't catch me!" The phantoms who are, sort of full of themselves countn't resist the challenge and, whatever they do after him. (Fly? Hover? What?!)
Monty ran past the statue. "Now Yek-Nom NOW!!!"
Yek-Nom said to himself. "I do hope this works." -Yek-Nom pressed a button, and the Statue exploded! crapping all the phantoms under it!-
(When you sleap by the statue the phantoms almost have enough power to escape.)
All the animals threw a party in the two monkeys honor! The part was monkey themed. Monkey Banners, Monkey Rug, everything!
Years later after the party Brady Barr came to the small hut so he can make it his labritory. He cleaned up all the party items that were left and built his lab. But he forgot one Item, the Monkey Curtains. A item lost in time, a memery of what happened, the Day the Statue Fell.

DeleteWell...I think the monkey symbol is there to match the old Monkey Statue that was there in Beta, before it was turned into a battlefield with the phantoms of course...And the monkey statue is there because I think the monkeys live there. I think it also represents Graham , the monkey alpha...I think AJ created each land with a animal in mind.

Crocodiles. I love crocodiles. When crocs come, HAMSTERS come with them and steal all of the croc's attention. The backround of the calender is the hamsters. Oh, and good news for everyone but me.

DeleteThis blog is mocking how i'm the only TRUE croc fan. A Swamp People ad is on... and they kill alligators.
ReplyDeleteI am sorry to say this count, but crocs are killed in real life all the time. They are endangering the lives of people. If a croc attacked you, what would you do? Crocs are great on AJ but can be really ferocious in real life. What I was trying to say by this is, those swamp people have a way of life. Their way of life is killing Gators, which may not be your choice of life, but its someone else's. bogs and ponds are becoming overpopulated with gators, so their only doing what they know how to do and helping the environment while doing it. Not all gators are good, they attack humans on sight, but the ones on AJ don't. (Thank goodness)

Me me me!!! Hmm... I think.. that There was once a wise yet old snake, that was Brady Barr's most favorite pet, they had a pawsome happy life... until there that cam a sad day. The phantoms escaped from prizon and mysterly appeared in the lab. Brady Barr was at a zoo discovering the wonderful animals, while his pet snake was left all alone. The snake tried his best to protect the lab and himself, but the phantoms wee so mad at him, that they used an evil magic to put him on a curse to be carved on a door forever! Later,a few hours, Brady Barr came back to his lab and saw that his pet snake was put on a curse, and asked Mira for help. They got his pet snake off, and the snake that you see now on the door, was a decoration to remember that day, and the snake will never be alone. The end!!! ~ilovecutechihuahuas~

ReplyDeleteOnce, one day, Mira had a baby. It would have been a bird like Mira, but alas, the Phantoms cursed it. However, Graham learned of this and told Greely. Greely used his magic, and instead of the princess turning into a Phantom, she turned into a beautiful night-sky-blue snake. Mira loved her, but the princess, who's name was Silvari, was unhappy living in Mira's great sky home. When she was of age, she left, never to return.
She had jumped from the Cloud Peak, Mira's home, but a cold, blustery wind swept her to The Lost Temple of Zios. She met an ambush of 200 Phantoms, and attacked with a ferocity that killed them all. Greely found her and used his magic to turn her to stone and placed her on the door.
The Monkey picture is there because, behind it, is Graham's other door to his house.

Spam is unwanted mail/email/comments. Stuff that you don't want, like adds in the email, ect.
Deletespamming is like when you say the same letter at a time like for ex:jjjjjjjj..... and so on it sometimes makes other computers slow down and lag. another is to like make your comment SUPER LONG and it takes up commenting space. also some advertising is spamming. hope to help u :) -lilysquinkies happy early chineese new year to all those chineese ppl! ReplyDeleteAlright. Endangered, we had a little confusion about what I said. When you said "I'm not good enough to make you stay?" And I said "I didn't say that." I had a little screw up about what things meant. I thought saying what I said would mean "no, your not good enough to make me stay." But it came out the opposite way. Honestly, the only person that could change my mind about quitting is Foot. I'm sorry about the misunderstanding. I hope I explained myself well this time.

ReplyDeleteIn the times of old in Jamaa, Graham, the monkey alpha, developed a small friendship between the other alphas. All except Peck. Graham new Peck was a very "out-going" rabbit, but sometimes he reflected that she was a little too out-going. While Graham tried to concentrate on his inventions, Peck would always pester him with crazy ideas and works of art. One day, this all changed...
"Hi Graham! What are you doing? What's that? Can I keep it? Oh my gosh, I almost forgot!" cried Peck.
"What now!" Graham replied with an edge in his voice.
"Today I found the most amazing thing!" exclaimed Peck, "While wandering in the bracken and gorse behind my den I found...her!"
Peck pushed a emerald-green snake out from behind her back right next to Graham's face. Graham shrieked in surprise.
"Isn't she wonderful?!" Peck asked.
"Get that AWAY from me! I have a phobia of snakes!" and with that, Graham fled to his hidden laboratory in the sacred Temple of Zios. He slammed the door and heaved a great sigh. Peck strikes again! he thought.
The next week after that, Graham was checking on the Spirit Stones and testing his new polishing invention on them, when non other than Peck came bounding along. Her pet snake, newly named as Shazia, slithered along beside her. Peck had decided to surprise Graham with a funny noise, so she quietly crept up behind him. Closer and closer she went, until finally, "BUZZZZURPURP!"
Graham jumped up in surprise! The Spirit Stone Graham was polishing went flying, hit the ground, and exploded in a million tiny pieces.
"I'm so sorry!" Peck gasped.
"And so you should be, look!" Graham pointed to the sky, where a black cloud was starting to whizz down to Jamaa. The phantoms! Peck and Graham tore through the forest and into the streets. It was total chaos. Oh no, thought Peck. What are we going to do?!

Part 2:
ReplyDeleteGraham and Peck raced side by side. Only a shriek stopped Peck.
"Graham!" she cried.
He had fallen into a deep groove in the ground.
"Save yourself Peck!" he cried hoarsely from far below her.
Peck looked around franticly. Then Shazia slithered up behind her. Peck suddenly had an idea, and whispered it in snake to Shazia. Carefully, the giant snake picked her way between rock and groove wall to wrap herself around Graham. He squirmed vigurously in fear, as Shazia heaved herself up the way she had come. Upon reaching the groove's edge, she plopped Graham on the ground, while both lay panting with the effort of the climb. Then, Mira flew down to the two alphas and snake and spoke.
"Peck my dear, you are the fastest of the alphas, please race as fast as you can to the Spirit Stone Cave. Remember, only a true and pure heart can mend a Spirit Stone." Mira gave a mighty leap and soared back into combat, golden feathers gleaming with sunlight.
"You heard what she said, go!" rasped Graham.
Peck tore through the forest, faster than she ever had gone. 'They're all depending on me,' she reflected, 'it's my time.'

Part 3:
ReplyDeleteUpon reaching the cave, Peck found the way shut with a titanium metal lock. However, all alphas had access to the cave with a special key (Graham wears one on his tail if anyone noticed!). She through open the heavy door and raced to the side of the broken Spirit Stone.
'What to do, what to do!'
Then Peck remembered Mira's words. She took a deep breath, closed her eyes, and reflected on all the wonderful, amazing, happy things of her life. She remembered her first paint brush, training to become an alpha, meeting new alphas and making friends...all the memories. As she reflected, the shards of the broken Spirit Stone started rattling, glowing, and rising. The put themselves together like a puzzle. Turning into one huge, glowing crystal. Then Peck placed her paws on the stone, and a beam of golden light energy surged into the stone. It floated back into place, as new and bright as ever. Peck felt different too, more wise and understanding, as she raced backed to the streets of Jamaa to see the effects of her powers.

ReplyDeleteWhen Peck reached the streets, she just caught a glimpse of the phantom swarm fading in the horizon. They're fleeing, she thought.
"You did it Peck!"cried the alphas, racing up to her.
"Thank you, all of you," said Peck.
She glanced at Graham who was smiling at her, Shazia beside him.
Later that week, Graham asked Peck to paint his labratory for him. She decided that a monkey on the curtain would symbolize Graham (who taught her a lesson in friendship) , the snake on the door as Shazia (who saved Graham), and the etchings of Mira on the posts of the door (symbolizing the lesson Mira taught Peck).
This tale has been lost for many moons and seasons, due to the fact that the alphas have been off on their long journeys and adventures. Don't forget to read Snowyclaw's,"Jamaasian Movement!" I apologize in advance for the spelling and grammar mistakes!
