Hey jammers! Today's new item is the Fire Pot, sold in Jam Mart Furniture. Did you know the green Fire Pot has been in Jamaa since the beta testing, way back in summer of 2010?
It was one of the first items I even bought in Jamaa, and I still have the same one! Today's hat is the Rare Chicken Hat - this was one of the first "rare" items, sold at the Leap Year Party.
Finally, AJHQ has posted a new article on the Daily Explorer.
Hmm, Twister is the double gems game right now, not Mira Says. I wonder when AJHQ took this screenshot. Anywho, that's it for today jammers, hope to see you around Jamaa!

DeleteI'm up here in Alaska, and it was pretty warm today, 30F˙ We were running around in our shorts and T-shirts. It can get down to minus 40 F˙ or 50 F˙ in Fairbanks, but I'm in Anchorage and it's usually around 0 F˙ to 25 F˙

I remember beta :3 i was able to change the color of my clothing so i bought two worns, blue and black. I forget what i did with them though.... I remember when the shamans still came to jamaa.. There were people everywhere yelling, "i want to see graham!" I miss beta and most importantly, the old crystal sands!!!

ReplyDeleteBeta was a short summer testing period in 2010 for Animal Jam, and it will NEVER come back, sorry if I just smashed your dreams to crumbs. We can hope that they bring back betaasian aspects, including the Alphas/ Shamans, but it will never come back completley, limesoda14. However, we can work to bring back aspects of Beta. Yes, Animal Jam is boring nowdays, but we can ask Smart Bomb to improve Animal Jam. Please don't hate me for this, its the truth.

Kinda off-topic here, but I was curious, has anyone else been having issues with sending jam-a-grams lately?
ReplyDeleteStarting about a week ago I noticed that sometimes (not all the time) for no apparent reason the game will freeze on me whenever I try to send a jam-a-gram. Like I'll get the rotating circle in the middle of the screen but nothing will happen unless I refresh.
And the person who I've tried to message won't get it.

ReplyDeleteAttention Jammers: There is a strong possibly that all "Betas" will come back! In my opinion, gather rates like Spiked Collars with the "rare" badge on them. These are what WILL be the most rare... Nothing else will stay rare. It will just come back into stores, like Top Hats.
