Hmm you could make a pretty pale/detective look with this one!
Hehe my seal is rockin' it!
Here's just a tip for y'all jammers who might think that secret color on my seal, and the hat is gone ; you just have to select the bottom left color, and then press at the edge of the bottom right color, but not actually select it :) It just moved down a level
Now hold on a minute.... talk about going down a level, and seeing double! Looks like my duck was a little lonely and found it's doppelgänger!
So anyways jammers, how have your results with the new daily spin been? Have any of you won betas/rares? I'm always looking through the comment section, so let me know!

Yes there are ''rare hogs'' sometimes. But also if people say your stuff isn't fair, it's because they traded fair for that item and want fair for it back. Some people worked hard for their items, and you should accept that. Yes it would be nice to bring back betas and rares, but what about those people who worked for their items for a long time? Also, lots of people thought spikes were coming today. Some people where super excited about getting one. But my friends who had spikes and worked so hard, (I have a friend with 11 O,O!) were devastated. I was too yet happy i could get them.

If you think about it i want betas back and i have rares! I want jammers to be equal and for scamming to be completely gone, think about it the animal jam we came for is gone because everywhere we go someone is wanting rares! Now I may seem mean about this but Im actually not, if someone said i was it would be putting words into my mouth. However i understand they worked hard for it but they can get other rares back by doing this! Its just pixels so why make a big deal over whose rare and who isnt? It seems cruel in my book and eyes.

Deleteok for the real comment relative to the rare monday i am really happy that rare spikes didn't come out today cuz there was a rumour that they are coming in stores as the rare monday o,o and as for the MM the adventure bubble trouble is related to the phantom factory i mean thats the main plot but as for the search for greely in the end they showed a beacon of the phantom fortress so both phantom fortress and factory are the new major plans of phantoms to destroy jamaa :O

DeleteOK, I get it, its nice to bring back betas and rares for people who want them. I REALLY REALLY want them too! People are saying, ''Think about others!'', And I am! The people who want them, will get them with no hard work but gems. Then there's the people who could have worked so hard to get their spikes and other items, so they could be HAPPY. And feel GOOD about themselves. But to see someone getting those items with no effort at all makes them sad and mad. Some people are mean about it yes, but there's others who do true giveaways, and just think about THOSE people for once.

Anonymous above me, I understand what you mean. However, the jammers who worked hard for their spikes can still feel good about themselves. It shouldn't be the item that made them feel good about themselves. It should be the hard work they put in to get that item. And just because some jammers can get that item without working hard doesn't mean that the hard work is gone. The hard work is still there, and the jammer who worked hard can still feel great about achieving such an awesome item.
Ok, i understand what you mean Tallstar, but it just seems unfair for the people who actually worked. Yes the work is still there. And its not always the item. But people have goals to get these items. Then these other jammers are getting them in less than a minute, it just seems like while some people worked so hard, others are getting them very easily. It just seems like their time was wasted.

When I first became a member I had no clue how rare headdresses were, and I traded mine for a Wizard Hat. My buddy didn't know how rare it was either, but a few days she got scammed out of it when I figured out how rare they were and how I wanted a trade back. o.o

One time i used my moms account when i was playing on her computer and when i was 6 years old then i went to youtube to watch Bob the Builder then i accidentally commented on it and said ''BOB THE BUILDER IS GREAT!!'' Then after 20 seconds a bunch of people replied saying bunch of bad words and said Bob the builder is horrible. Then my mom saw this and was SUPER MAD because she was kinda famous with her channel and had lots of subs. So then she grounded me for being such a baby.

DeleteSome people work for a long time, maybe even YEARS. That's one unfair part about people just being able to buy them for a low amount of gems easily. With these comments I've typed I do not mean to hurt anyone's feelings, its just that rares and betas coming out is unfair to the people who worked so hard. Its nice for the new members i guess, but they don't really have to do any work. I don't have many, and I'd prefer they don't come out.

ReplyDeleteSometimes peeps wear rares to have a cool outfit but sometimes some peeps are a little cray cray and they try to be someone like Julian2 or bepper or even Snowyclaw just by wearing their style of clothing with rares. Since these peeps are popular, other Jammers start to find peeps that look like them "famous" or "so cool". But that's just my theory. I find rares cool for outfits but I don't find how rares are treated cool.

A lot of jammers copy Julian2, Kosho, Snowyclaw, Lilacpetal, Twinkle0122, and more famous people's look. It's kind of sad, because you don't have to dress up like that to get popular or be noticed. You can be something we call "CREATIVE". XDDD

Before, I would see people dressing up like them, but with Diamond Shop spikes, etc. instead. But now... UGH!! Now for the past few weeks, I saw so many peeps copying Kosho's "Eternal Arcticwolf" outfit EXACTLY. The long orange spikes... everything. Even the name. And Snowyclaw. The other day I was in Jamaa Twp. and there was this wolf that copied Snowy's "Old Frozenspirit" wolf sitting where their nametag was hidden. (s)he said things like "Hello Jammers!" or "I'm Snowyclaw." in perfect grammar sentences... I found out it wasn't the real Snowy cuz I searched Snowyclaw up on the search bar thing, and she was offline. Later though, the imposter got up and left. I didn't catch the user though. :( AND Twinkle0122. In Jamaa Twp. another time, there was this arctic wolf who had on the exact same outfit as Twinkle's "Rosy Arcticwolf". Black spikes, gazelles, etc. HOWEVER, this person didn't copy the name thankfully.
Seriously, can you come up with your own names and looks than copying famous people's look(s). AND they're the most popular animals and looks. I agree with you too. Guys, GET SOME CREATIVITY GEEZ! And yes, I do admit I dress my animals somewhat like the "spike, worn, (now) gazelles, but at least I change the looks so it isn't EXACTLY like some people's. It has my own "personal touch". c: You know who you are *cough cough*.

Guys.. it was just a rumor doesn't mean it was real, but to be honest I was a little disappointed too. But I guess it MIGHT have been maybe a spike collar for todays rare but they saw how much jammers were THAT desperate to become RARE instead of jut playing AJ for fun. I play AJ just for the fun of it but I admit I have some goals, dream items and stuff but I'm not like begging people to accept for rares if they don't wanna accept and I don't go to jamaa and beg people to send me rares just because I got "hacked" like some people i've seen do (thundercat999) cuz when I asked to see her den she disappeared for like 1 minute and then unlocked her den.. she just took everything out.. I miss how AJ was never about rares I think more people should be like that.. Just a suggestion. :L

OMG ILCC Pikachu rocks!! I've been thinking that for soo long! A green fox hat would go really well with the greenish diamond collar and green elf cuffs (even though they are a bit rare to get). I hope that some time they do add a green fox hat to the collection, maybe even a brown one? :o

ReplyDeleteI agree with you but I don't think the mech angel helmets will come. I would guess the rare spike collars because they got their rare plaque like it happened to the scary bat wings and those wings returned after a while. Sadly, the rare spike collars became rare when those "retextured" and "anti-scamming" spikes came to the Diamond Shop (phff..) and it was months ago. Ugh!

ReplyDeleteThe Phantom King's son Phorg floated to watch the animals screaming and running away from the other Phantoms but Phorg heard a noise. A noise that's cheerful and happy that sounded like music. It came from underwater. Phorg floated down to see what was going on. Luckily (or unluckily), Phorg can breathe underwater because of his tiny forcefield that also protects him from light. The Phantom saw the ocean animals, dancing and singing. It was beautiful but not for Phorg; he went to the Phantom Phortress (see what I did there?) and found his father who was silent and looked mad.
"Father, I got bad news but I got a good idea to solve it", Phorg said.
The Phantom King raised a tentacle and patted his son's head; an electric bolt pointed at the two Phantoms. The Phantom King said: "So, boy, what is the bad news? You know it's better to keep the good news last."
Phorg took a deep breath and answered the question in his evil voice: "It's not peaceful at land but it's peaceful underwater."
"Phorg, you know that it's abandoned for Phantoms", The Phantom King warned, "Remember I told you about the shipwreck of our Phantom boat? It's those sharks who attacked the ship, so I don't want a single phantom down there to die, even by swimming."
Phorg then tried to cheer the Phantom King up by saying his evil plan: "Since those silly animals destroyed our pipes to pollute the water, we can do it underwater since there's less of them that goes there; I've seen only like 6 of them."
The Phantom King then said: "You know that it's a touch life with a son who wants risk important things but I like the sound of 'polluting water'!"
The Phantom King laughed so had that he had to cough. And then a Phantom ran towards the Phantom King and squeezed him.
The Phantom King growled, "I'm not REALLY choking! Get off me or you're FIRED. That's right!" He held a torch and the Phantom squealed and left.
"So...", Phorg said. "Let's go and construct a little bunker deep into the ocean and we'll capture any animals that try to stop us!" He made a laugh that's harder and stronger than the Phantom King's but the Phantom King laughed also. It was only cut short when Phorg's laugh was louder. The Phantom King went quiet and said: "LET'S JUST GO GET SOME PHANTOMS AND WE WILL POLLUTE THE WATERS!"
And so, the Phantoms went to a part of the ocean where a lot of dolphins roam. They captured all the dolphins they can find there and they built a factory with pipes that pollute waters in different parts of the ocean. However not only that, they decided to make another plan to destroy the oceans and more dangerous as land. Us, Jammers need to stop them or else it will get worse.
I hope you enjoyed reading this story. You probably noticed that I put a little bit of comedy into the story. Well I'll try to put as much comedy as I can in my stories! ^.^

If you think about it people that will quit if betas come back don't even like animal jam because they were only playing for the rares and betas which is messed up because the main part of aj is playing games and all of that other stuff. OK, some people might quit from them coming out. It's NOT because its all the care about! It's because they worked so hard by small rares, to larger rares, to even BIGGER rares. Because it made them happy!! Spikes, betas, rares, and all the stuff comes out think about the people that worked so hard for their items and now are probably depressed that people can get those items just with gems! Yes trading can be fun without rares, but that's not MY point. I think that the smaller betas and rares can come out, but absolutely NOT spikes and BIG things like that. I would be so unfair to the people who worked so long.

About the "Beta Invasion" (that's just what I call it lol), here's what I think.

PART 1: BETA DAYS
In Jamaa's most peaceful period, known as the Beta Days, there were no scammers, hackers, and bullies. Most of which were caused by MMGs (Monthly MEMBER Gifts), RIMs (Rare Item Mondays), and Clearenced items. This made the term RARE. MMGs, RIMs, and clearencing, had not started until the period after Beta. Beta had many items, that are highly coveted, due to their AGE, and LOOKS. In Beta there were no memberships, so Founder's Hats, are NOT Beta, Founder;s Hats were an MMG that was sold in stores.
PART 2: EARLY AFTER BETA
Early after Beta, known as the "Late Beta Period", even though it is not a part of development. This is where a lot of "beta" items originated, such as the Founder and Spike. The Beta Days ran from Summer 2010, to early to mid September 2010. The Late Beta, ran from about, early to mid September 2010, to November 2010.
PART 3: NOW
Now, after 3, almost four years of the game, AJHQ noticed, there are a shortage of "Rares" and "Betas". Many Jammers' feelings get hurt, due to scamming, hacking, and not being able to get a dream item, causing quitters, and that means they'll lose money. Yes it all comes down to money. The made the Forgotten Desert be EAGLES ONLY, and have RARE PRIZES, so people would spend their money on Eagles, and Rares. Now, they're bringing back Rares, for a new generation to come. The "Next Beta". So here's what I was thinking: As they bring back betas, the older players quit, so think of it like a forest. We need to burn the older dying stuff, to plant new ones. As the newer Jammers come in, they'll see all this awesome stuff, and buy a ton of it, slowly, they'll clearance it from stores, and thus ending next beta. So in conclusion, it's all a big cycle.
(Sorry if any information is inaccurate, please do correct me if it is, and that analogy about the forest was not meant to hurt anyone's feelings)

Hi everyone! Wow, it seems like betas are coming back. Well, my opinion is that there should be a few betas. I like the idea of having similar items, such as the difference b/w beta books and modern books. There is a change. I guess people could try scamming like this, but when there is change, those who have been loyal to Animal Jam get their rarity, but new members get some fun as well. Scamming would reduce, and everyone would be happy.

"SILENCE!" boomed the Phantom King. Everyone immediately quieted at the command. The Phantom King looked at his subjects. "The alphas and their petty assistants have been gaining on us, as you know. I did not expect this, but we must take measures. Phantom Oracle, step forwards." The Phantom Oracle did as his king told, fearing for his life. He thought about how The Oracle never lived long, as the kings always executed them for wrongful predictions. But those were little predictions, and this was a huge mistake. The Oracle stepped foward, and shaking, said, "Yes, my humble majesty?" The King replied, "You have disgraced us. You have predicted wrong, and led us to failures. You must be punished. Guards, send him to the...the...TORTURE ROOM!" All the phantoms gasped. This never happened. It was the worst, most painful punishment possible. They watched as guards dragged The Oracle to a portal, and disappeared. The Phantom King called for silence, and proceeded with his plan. "My subjects, we have all failed at conquering the land. So we must go to the sea." Again the phantoms gasped. They couldn't remember the last time they had touched water. But at the commotion, the Phantom King grew angrier. He growled out in rage, and used his Fluttershy-like stare. The phantoms were frozen in place. "HAVE YOU ALL FORGOTTEN YOUR ROOTS? FROM WATER WE CAME, TO WATER WE WILL GO! FROM SORROWFUL TEARS WE HAVE COME, TO SALTY WATERS WE SHALL GO!" The phantoms cowered in fear, and one stepped forward. In the phantom language, he spoke in a stuttering voice," I-It's t-t-true. W-water con-conducts e-electricity." The Phantom King opened up a portal. The portal was blue, clear, and shimmered like a diamond. One by one, the phantoms reluctantly floated into the portal. Once inside, the phantoms realized that they were fine. With a spin of their "legs", they could navigate the seas. All of them swarmed towards the pipes that powered Jamma, but were confused on instructions. One of the King's advisors came, and read from some Phantom Parchment, "Your orders are to stop the pipes by taking away the power. The more you suck out, the stronger you become. For some pipes, take away the wheel. If anyone tries stopping you, capture them and hide the keys. Some of you must build a sealed exit, but only after most of you camp in the underwater temporary camp. The ones left behind will be responsible for guarding the wheels and keys, as well as stopping anyone in your path." Then the advisor left through the portal, and closed it up. All of the phantoms raced to do their duties. They captured some dolphins, and guarded the keys. Now all there was to do was wait.

Allie raced past Steve, tagging him with her fin. "Gotcha! Steve's it!" she hollered to her friends. Steve soon caught up with Jane. "Slow-poke! This game's to easy". Suddenly the ocean darkened.. "What's happening?" Jane whimpered. "I don't know, I can't identify what's blocking the sun" Ned whispered. Peering closely near the surface of the ocean, Ned saw four purple cages. Bewildered, he remembered those cages from the local news. PHANTOM CAGES! "Guys, swim for your life!" Ned shouted in fear. "Like Grandma is making Kelp Burger?" Jane panicked. The cages dropped, trapping Ned, Klaus, Jane, and. The phantoms hid the keys where they wouldn't be found. "HEY! YOU GET ME OUT OF HER. THAT'S NO WAY TO TREAT A LADY!" Jane burst with anger. "Separate her from the others, boys" a phantom with spikes on his head grinned with an evil look in his eyes. The other phantoms went into their position, guarding the dolphin cages. Calling for help, the dolphins struggled to get out of the cages but it was no use. Allie and Steve hid in the corral, frightened with fear they went to get help. "THE OCEAN SHALL BE OURS! POLLUTED AND ROTTEN!" the spiky phantom yelled.

Shadow, the Phantom King's deputy, was checking all the pipes. "Excellent. Now, be on guard. Anyone who I hear snoring their mind out will have to fight ME". Shadow glared at the others. "Am I clear?". "Yes sir" they replied. "And stay away from those chomper clams. They're designed to do the same thing as chomper plants. It's a pity 53 of you died in the volcano, just because of a bunch of animal WEAKLINGS" he growled. "Me and the others will be in the base, planning updates on the factory. Goodbye".

Many phantoms made gasp and some cheered. Where to some of you ask? Well TO THE OCEAN. Phantoms cheered but one remained silent which was Zap. Why didn't you cheer Knight asked Zap. Well....I think this is wrong. WHAT roared Knight. DONT YOU KNOW WHAT JAMAASIANS DID TO US. yes yes bu..Eh no more come on were leaving now. They headed underwater and started building things and avoiding chomper clams.

ReplyDeleteIn terms of rares, I don't think it's fair to refer to New Jammers as unrare. They might be playing for different reasons other than the items. I don't think rarity is even a factor when a person starts playing the game because AJHQ doesn't advertise it that way. Well, the players have different ideas in mind.
