ReplyDeleteThey're called pages on your Blogger dashboard, click 'Pages,' (obviously. ^.^) click 'Add Pages.' Then, once you've added all the pages your heart desires, click the dropdown for 'Show Pages As,' then if you want it to be along the top like Snowy's, click 'Top tabs.' Then, when you go on your Blog, they'll be there! To customize them click 'Template, Advanced Settings, Tabs, Customize." Hope I helped!
