Seems like a great Fourth of July item! There is also a Mermaid Necklace in Bahari Bargains. Similar to the Sand Dollar one, but on it is the first humanoid creature depicted in Animal Jam. . .
I feel like they should have done an mer-animal. . . AJHQ also posted a post on the Daily Explorer about the Jamaa Journal riddle. It looks like we generally agree that it refers to a fox.

I agree, although if they were talking about a pet I'd say it was a rat! ^.^ Meanwhile, a pawsome jammer sent in a picture of a advertisement for Animal Jam, shown on another website!
Wacky huh? I guess AJ is getting bigger! I hope AJHQ will still listen to our ideas though. Anyway, I'm sorry about not posting the weekly contest, I'm a bit behind on everything. Later today I'll post about the Jamaasian Movement, I have an idea on what we can do to tell others about the history of Jamaa.

AJ is totally changing! We need the Jamaasian Movement still, but sometimes this MIGHT be a good thing for AJ to become famous. I also like the new star rug's color. Anyway, first comment! And...there is also a Mermaid Necklace in Bahari Bargains, credit me if you'll edit it!

Hi snowy. I just noticed that new star rug looks similar to the one on Moshi Monsters, and the Mermaid Necklace looks like Ariel from the movie "The Little Mermaid"

DeleteI love that rug. It makes you wonder if some of thses human items like flip flops, beret, and sun visor will be rare sometime.
ReplyDeleteI wish. Then they'd be probably clearance and then we'd have less humanoid things. Just alter the human things to make them more animal-ish. Like... Seal Samdals? Or maybe an Animal Jam banner? Tons of ideas, and try to think of them AJHQ! Oh btw, why did you buddy me anyway? Do you have a blog or something?
DeleteOr, maybe to keep religious country-ish items like the French beret, mix animals with the items! For Asians like me, maybe... A straw hat with a toy tiger or anything else sticking out from the top?
DeleteThe triangular straw hats are fine, being made out of grass/straw. However, I do agree that human stuff should be more animal-like. These are MORE ideas that may be impossible:
Delete1. Couches should be made out of bamboo or animal fur.
2. Headdresses and Headfeathers are just fine, they were worn by the Native Americans.
3. Beards should be made out of plants. :3
4. Castles (regular) should have vines around them, like making an abandoned castle.
5. Top hats should have flowers or animals on the band.
6. Shaman hats, Mira hats, and Zios hats! :D
7. There should be an outer-space den where you can fly up and down without glitching. However, you must have an astronaut helmet to go to an Outer Space Den. Not very human-like, because animals went to space before humans.
8. Animal sound-effects should be played when doing an action. (like tigers purring when sleeping)
9. We should have a Shaman Party. All animals are allowed, but there are the underwater mythology statues. (I think the statues are the shamans)
10. The Epic Wonders shouldn't exist anymore. There's mostly human items in that shop!
Those are my suggestions for the future Jamaa. Less human, more animal!

This is being crazy now. There's a HUMAN-LIKE necklace in the Bahari Bargains... That means there's a chance to have maybe a swimsuit or sunglasses? That's crazy! >:l

I also noticed something about that necklace. The mermaid necklace is a reference to the Little Mermaid! (Ariel) Does that mean there might a mermaid costume that has Ariel's colors? :l
It's just too human-like! The Star Rug is fine, fitting into the Jamaa spirit... Maybe a map of our constellations that gives us facts about the stars? It wouldn't be very human-like because we can finally have a break from the random Ariel Necklaces in the Bahari Bargains... :3
