Hay, a AJ Sidekix Plushie!

Hey jammers! Today's new item is something quite infuriating . . . if you're looking for a needle that is. How hard is it to find a needle in a hay stack? Anyhoo, the Hay Bale is sold in Jam Mart Furniture!
And here is the Epic Den post of the day!
The next headline? One of the first in-game, Animal Jam Sidekix plushies was spotted in a jammer's den. This one is a tiger!
These plushies are collectable through a single use code AJHQ sends with each Sidekix plushie you purchase. There is a different animal for each plushie, except foxes, they look like bunnies, of course.
I'm sure that's just a typo. ^.^ In other news, AJHQ recently sent a cryptic message about where to hide from phantoms!

Whoa, neat! Personally, I'd dawn some armor and fight to protect the spirit of Jamaa. If no other options I'd barricade the Temple of Zios, using it as a safe house for other jammers to come to if they need help. What would you do in the case of a phantom invasion?

    First comment (I think!)!!!!!!!!
    Personally, I would gear up in my spirit armour, elf helmet, elf cuffs and tail armour. I would ask people to come to my den dressed up in their armour and weapons too, and together we would march out to the temple of Zios to battle the phantoms! I would guess they'd come out of Zio's grave, but I'm not sure.
    Any injured jammers would stay in The Chamber Of Knowledge, like Snowy said...... Good idea?

      Almost all of my accessories are armor, LPSBlU! The leaf necklace would show I'm loyal to Mira, and the only weapon I need are my claws.

      Yes, the deep blue is an awesome hiding place! Hopefully, the phantoms would be too scared of the water stopping their shock, and big fish eating them (lol), to go down there.

      I know lots of good places where your nametag won't show. Hiding from bullies, stalkers, or people who want your worn blanket. I don't know if phantoms will be so easy to fool, however. I'm counting on the trapdoor opening tomorrow, but if it doesn't I'll be prepared. Deep blue sounds good, but I don't enjoy getting electrocuted ^w^' I hope you're right, Tallstar~!

    GAH! The Phantoms are attacking! Oops, false alarm. But when they do...
    Me, as my brave and courageous arctic wolf, would quickly put on my Spirit Armor and dash to the Lost Temple of Zios where I would hunker down in that secret room with the trapdoor. I'd invite everyone I met, of course, and we would form a protective barrier around the weaker without armor, and we'd make quick haste to that safe place.

      As my courageous Snow Leopard, I would fight the phantoms to the death! My Spirit Armor would be infused with Harper's power, and I would help a few other heroes (such as Snowyclaw) defeat the horrors of Jamaa!
      There also could be a post-story plot where we investigate more mysteries in Jamaa, and travel with the Alphas！Normal Jamaa would still be an option, and there would be seasonal quests and side quests! It would make Jamaa very fun, and the post-story keeps growing longer and longer with every update!

      HAH! I told you I wasn't the only one with the trapdoor idea, unless Athena got it from me. XD I would go into hiding but I'm no coward. I, as my intelligent and strong Arctic Wolf Blizzard, would make sure everyone was safe and arrange a fighting formation and strategy to confuse the phantoms before the attack. Mira's two flaming feathers attached to the Spirit Armor would give me protection, and the swirling energy at their core would give me strength. Together with my friends and all the other Jamaasians, we will slay the phantoms!

      I'm being my snow leopard to defeat the phantoms! Since my snow leopard is my fave animal and my arctic wolf ^_^ and her play is fighting and c'mon.... It's adorable too lol and her claws will sink into the phantoms while protecting the animals of jamma! Lol

      LOL! This IS really fun! No one mind if I start over? XD This upcoming update is getting my heart racing! I SHALL MAKE A STORY! Don't worry, I'll try to make it short! :P Oh, and now I'm a Snow Leopard, not an Arctic Wolf. I can't decide!
      It was a morning like any other, beside the fact that the every-other-Thursday Jamaa Journal released a new issue. The swift and nimble Snow Leopard, Cinalta, was relaxing in the cool waterfalls that cascaded down the side of her jungle palace den. The morning had dawned clear and bright, but what seemed to be dark and heavy rainclouds had began to gather on the horizon. Cinalta looked up at the sky, which slowly darkened until it seemed like dusk. Cinalta leapt up, gasping as the sun was suddenly blotted out completely. Instead of rain, bolts of electricity unlike lightning penetrated the sky. "By Mira and Zios..." Cinalta rasped, "The Phantoms are coming!" She bolted from her bath and raced up to her room, where she slipped on her Spirit Armor. Instantly, she felt stronger and braver. Then she took off to the Mira Statue, yowling for all Jammers she met to follow her to safety. Cinalta stopped, panting, and once again admired the dazzling sapphire of Mira. Suddenly, as everyone watched in awe, the stone glowed blue and in a blinding flash of light that illuminated Jamaa, Mira was standing before them. She was even more beautiful than the Jammers had ever imagined, her delicate wing feathers reflecting some unknown light, and her eyes misted with mystery. "The time has come, my animals..." she whispered, her voice like an echo. "We will defeat the Phantoms once and for all!"
      Okay, to be continued on Animal Jam tomorrow, hopefully! Right Jammers? Hope you liked my story, if you read it. XD I CAN'T WAIT FOR TOMORROW'S EPIC UPDATE!!! :D

      Cool! I'm totally gonna be my combat snow leopard, Fuzz. I'll help you guys and the other heroes defeat the phantoms! But think about it- the phantoms won't leave the injured alone, they show no mercy. We need a defence force AND an offence force! What should we do? Whatever we do, I am on the offence force. Ooh, And we need to vote on a leader! And come up with a battle plan! Any ideas? I'm stumped!

    I think it's the last day to get a koala, and that expedition with Cosmo is starting tommorrow!! Yay. Also, isn't it kind of weird that they have 3 types of plushies now? I mean there's the little claw plushes, the sidekix plushies, AND the huge plushes you can buy in the conservation museum. I guess you could say I'm really excited for the big update tommorrow!

      Eh, I would prefer fighting a horde of phantoms and going on quests. Once we finish the main story there are members-only seasonal quests, side quests, and a post-story plot where we are investigating mysteries and learning more about Jamaa and finding the rest of the Spirit Stones and prisoners.

    you know that thing i said i got 100 gems from complaining about?? that was my sidekix tiger. i was the first one to get one then i traded mine for a snowcloud and firepit. and it has been circulating all over animal jam ever since.

    I think the best place to hide from phantoms is down in the oceans, behind rocks and barrels. Plus the Phantoms (probably) don't like water!

      It actually works very well! The best place to flee is somewhere with wards, although I would quit Animal Jam if we were minding our own business and some phantoms with health bars over their heads start attacking! That is why I want an alternative to the new quests, like you still have the option of normal Animal Jam.

      Um, it is just a Jammer who is new... you can't search an Alpha, so that isn't the Alpha.
      You order the plush, and it gives you a code in the packaging.

    I would definately use my tiger powers to kill the phantoms! And i would get all the scared jammers to my den and lock it for safety then i would go out and fight with the phantoms so no one would get hurt

      I'm just imagining that.... *sighs happily* I love battle tension like this. I just LOVE it. Everyone....waiting...as the sun rises... one time a person slipped and got hurt on a sledding hill and one of the park managers told us to wait before sledding again. When they got the lady out of there, we still had to wait awhile, and it was so cool... the sun was setting, not rising, but it was behind us, and everyone was like waiting there with their sleds. I love it. xD

    I would use The Lost Temple of Zios, but while I was waiting for the Phantoms to attack, I'd see if we could get the Alphas to come. Also, I'd try to get a force of Jammers to circle around the back of the Phantoms. Brady Barr's Lab would make a good place for an infirmary, and I'd try to get a member to send JAGs to Jaamasians in other places about how the battle's going. (Members 'cause they can personalize JAGs.) I would also try to capture a live Phantom so Jaamasians could interrogate it and we could learn where the Land of the Phantoms is, etc.

    i wouldnt run like a coward! id fight those phantoms with the alphas! ive been into phantoms and the ancient history of jamaa for years! id get my armor and fight off the phantoms for jamaa! but especially my family, i got a mommy, daddy, 5 brothers and 5 sisters, id do anything to protect them in jamaa, without them i wouldnt be the happiest spirit fox pup alive

      mira is my moms parents mom, cuz she had them and then my mommy was born from them, its actually in a video my mommys friend helped make for her, rlly interesting, i actually got a new baby brother on aj he the 5th brother i got :3 his name is leaping, all our names end with spirit,moon or bird, me and my brother happy dont have those last names cuz we got adopted when we were young cuz our mommy and daddy dissapeared after being attacked so we got adopted and later on found out we were spirit foxes and got our parents back :3 id do anything for my family, id risk my life for them

      BTW, Oreo the wolf was her foster mother, but Oreo's capture and dissection by the phantoms was one of the tragedies she faced. As of now, she has one "brother" named Bloda, who supports her with his own special powers over telekinesis.

    Okay, here is the story behind my trademark leopard...
    Frost was born underwater, and was a phantom at the time. She swam up to the surface and became a beautiful leopard. Mira was her mother because she had forbidden love with a phantom, and she had the powers of a phantom, too.
    As a Jammer, she realized she had the traits of every Alpha:
    The generosity of Lisa,
    The darkness of Greely,
    The intellect of Graham,
    The artistic skills of Peck,
    The strength of Sir Gilbert,
    The power over nature of Cosmo,
    The magic skill of Amelia,
    The temper of Ruby,
    The ruthlessness of Cornelius,
    The blessings of Otto,
    The ability to look stupid of Edmund,
    The invincibility of Harper,
    The powers over sea of Marco,
    and the powers over robots of LaSalle
    and the beauty of Sophia.
    She used these powers for good, and didn't reveal her blurry past to anyone.
    However, when the phantoms came, they abducted her, and she barely escaped. She also witnessed many tragedies that would be a huge change to her attitude.
    However, for loving Mira, their enemy, her father was punished, and Frost had to rescue him and put him in her den. To this day, he is under chains, to not arouse suspicion.
    One day, she explored the depths of the temple, and found the emerald that once was of the board. She fused herself with it, and wore the spirit armor she found with it. A shard of the Seal Spirit Stone was hidden beneath the auras of some of Mira's feathers. She vowed to protect Jamaa with her life after that.

    I really, really, really hope that the trapdoor opens! Maybe it will be a huge room for preparing for battling with phantoms! There would be all sorts of Jamaa legends we had never heard of, and books all about phantoms that you could really read, like the ones in the Chamber! Then there would be a whole battle plan laid out so you would know what to do! And then there would be a whole list of good hiding spots for ambushing as well as hiding! And maybe there will be portals to secret places that you can only get to there! And then there would be a book written by phantoms, with all the info about their attacking, why they want to, and never before heard of stories from the phantoms point of view! Yeah, it's a lot to hope for, but I have my paws crossed!

    They're really harmless... they're like wolves. They do what they must.
    They feed off of anger and frustration. They cause chaos to survive. They don't mean any harm... Because phantoms are the cutest lil' things ever!

    Hey, you know the rare shop glitch that happens when all the shops are being updated? Well, today I saw a strange new badge to one side of the item...... Next time I see it, I'll take a screenshot and email it to snowy. Is that unusual? Maybe that badge means it is a weapon, or armour, or it can help us in a quest? It was a tiny tiny gold badge, kinda looked like one of those fox name badges..... I'm so excited!!!!
