Carnival Giant Jester Hat & Epic Elegant Chair

Hey jammers! Snowy here with today's little post. ^-^ Sorry to be so off schedule lately, now that school's over I'm interning at my local wildlife shelter. It's so much fun, but my goodness it's a lot of work! Worth it though, so many cute little creatures to take care of. Anywho, I'm getting distracted. First, we have a new item – the Giant Jester Hat!
These are the newest of the items available at the Summer Carnival clothing shop. What is your favorite oddity there so far? In other shops items are still being updated as well though, in Epic Wonders...

We have a new Elegant Chair to complement the Elegant Couch available in the furniture orb. Do you think this will be a popular theme among jammers? Or will we have to wait until these are leave stores (and are deemed "rare") until they gain popularity?
Being the last day of May our gemstone is on it's way out, be sure to grab it if you're collecting. Over in the Jam Mart Furniture...
We have the Pizza Parlor theme on it's way out. It's fun that AJHQ takes on these creative types of items coming through. Over the next few years they may become very desirable collections.
Speaking of collections, don't forget the Lilly of the Valley for your monthly flower collection. It would make a lovely addition!
AJHQ is always making cute new posts over on the Daily Explorer. Anyone remember when it used to be more of a weekly explorer? Good times, good times. Speaking of time, is it just me or everything super expensive? Those ticket games are tough for how much the items cost! Would videos with tips on strategy be helpful?

    Great post Snowy! I don't have problems with how expensive the items are in the Summer Carnival, because silly old me bought 23,000 tickets with my gems and forgot that most of the items in there are for members. Ah well, I'll still stroll other to the summer carnival some when. The wildlife shelter sounds like fun too! I wish I could help out at places like those, I have a love for animals, especially fluffy ones! :D

    No, that's not how it works. If you click the cross on their names, they aren't following you anymore, but that doesn't make you private. You have to go and change your profile and make it private yourself, but they can just follow you AGAIN after you deleted them.

    Great post, Snowy! That's so fun that you're helping out at a shelter! I might volunteer at a shelter when I'm old enough :)
    I'm not sure how I feel about the Giant Jester Hat. The design is certainly unique. I like it, in a way, but I don't think I'd wear it.
    I love the Elegant Chair so much! I love the shape of the back of the chair, as well as how AJHQ has shaded the cushions.
    My goodness! It's the last day of May, and my school gets out this Wednesday. It feels like the school year has only just started!
    I'd better go buy the Pizza Parlor Items.
    I quite like the Lilly of the Valley. Very pretty ^.^

    Hmm it's hard, I would have to use a false email so they didn't get emails - AND THEN there is the problem of when something goes wrong, confirming your email, if it's false then tough nubs

    Great post snowy! A video would probably be helpful for some of the jammers, but some people (me) don't play the games XP I just buy the tickets. ( I also remember when there was an almost weekly post, it was nice, but now ajhq seems to be scrambling to write it each day.)

    We have holidays in February, May and October called half terms. They are only for 1 week, and then we have BIGGER holidays in Easter and Christmas which are 2 weeks, and then Summer which is 6 weeks / 1 and a half months
