Return of Beta Skullys + New Spiked Ornament Tail

Hey jammers! Before we get to the good old rare item gossip, I must bring you the item-of-the-day! Today's is the Ant Farm, sold in the Jam Mart Furniture shop. There are many colors to choose from, but the ants themselves look a tad more like rolly poly bugs.
Fun little addition to any shelf space though. ^.^ Anywho, onto the first item that's been stirring up the rare item collectors' circles...
The Skully! This little item (placed at the base of the tail) has been the loudest of the beta age items (beta was the introductory testing period for Animal Jam in 2010). Remember this item anyone?
It doesn't appear to have changed too much! I'm sure AJHQ has worked out all the bugs, and with those adventures rewarding items they're coming out before they hit stores. Kind of like the Long Bow! They'll likely become more and more common, so I don't recommend trading a front limb and a back limb for one. Don't go crazy for a silly item!
A second more recently appearing item is this "Spiked Ornament" tail item sent in by WootMoo! This has not been seen in Jamaa before, though the shape does remind me of how Elf Tail Armor originally looked (when being tested by an AJHQ account, sizzlerat, back in 2011). Interesting new take, I'm glad they'll be making new tail items!

Remember, these items are constantly awarded in the adventures (namely the Forgotten Desert eagle adventure), and will only become more common over time. They'll likely even pop into stores at some point! Just because a jammer has a weird item doesn't mean they "hacked Animal Jam" or are a "AJHQ test account." Remember.
And look at those lovely rhino pictures! Great job everyone. And did you notice AJHQ is now writing from the alpha's perspectives? Just like we suggested!! You guys are doing a great job out there.
And to wrap up this rambling, lengthy, and important post I give you the Tall Cactus on its last legs. If had legs. But it doesn't. Cause it's a cactus. So yes. Go buy a Tall Cactus with no legs. Do it.
Happy jamming!
