Hey jammers! The Giant Fox Plushie has finally graced its presence to the animal Conservation Museum shop.
I think it's absolutely purrfect (the fox may be in the dog family, but I must say it often looks feline), how about you guys? Also, there is another Jammaliday Jam party later today.
Meanwhile, there has been a big upheaval on old AJ accounts. Many jammers have told me about this, but if you search letters or basic words the account is a grey tiger, deactivated.
This is weird. . . And now for the good news! The Fox shaman Statue still isn't named in stores, but many jammers reported to me she has a secret, JAG revealed, name - Amelia!
MangoShapedSpace mentioned that the name may be inspired by the recent 115th birthday of Amelia Earhart.

Hm, Wuti really think is that when the penguin came, (members only) there was all lot and they mave have forgoten to name the shamman. Same for the Girrafe and Horse! In the fox update, there was alot. But as soon as possible, Aj fixed it! Im not against u snowy but its just a point that this MAY have happened.
ReplyDeleteWhen my friend was over in real life for a swim playdate, I told her the story of Jamaa, about Father Sky, Mira, the Shamans, and how phantoms were created. :) She does play AnimalJam because I showed her the website, but to me personally I think it's a little boost so she doesn't think AnimalJam is just a game, but more than that.

I noticed that all of the "original" shamans have unique names, like Greely, Peck, and Sir Gilbert. The more recent shamans have common names like Amelia.

DeleteThe phantoms were invading everywhere (typical story) while the shamans and Mother Sky were doing everything they can to prevent damage done to the village. When Greely was searching for a cure for scared-to-death situations in the woods, he found a lone fox. Greely asked the fox what her name was and what she was doing alone in the woods. She was wary, but she replied,"My name is Amelia. When I was born, my parents had given me this weird stone shaped like a fox's head before they passed away. I thought it was a toy, but--" Greely interrupted,"Amelia, what you have been given is a sign that new animals of your kind will be introduced to Jamaa." "Oh, really?,"answered Amelia. "Yes. Since you are the first fox alive now here, you will become the fox shaman. I myself am Greely, the wolf shaman. You could save our village from terror and destruction." Amelia didn't believe Greely for a moment, but then she saw the rock glowing faintly. "I know some wild animals that could help you guys by annoying the 'terror and destruction' causers. They are pretty annoying sometimes." Greely smiled a little. "That would help greatly, Amelia." (Honestly, I don't know how "annoying" animals could stop the phantoms.) They walked toward the war scene. Mira appeared out of nowhere. "So who is this, my fellow wolf?,"Mira asked. Greely was startled. "Ummm, this might be the future fox shaman, Amelia." Amelia blushed. "Will you accept her as a shaman?" Mira responded,"Only if she accepts the important responsibilities as a shaman." Amelia accepted. And so it was decided. Amelia was the new fox shaman, ready to kick some Phantom's butt (hehe) and bring foxes to Jamaa. (not so hehe)
In the end, Amelia brings her forest friends, and strangely, the "annoying animals" plan worked. Hope u liked the story!
